Bought some christmas items that was suppose to be 50 off. No got home any got overcharged on everything. Nothing rang up on sake. Called to find out why? Connie one of the managers had a melt down on the phone. Because I told her I got overcharged and so did everyone that was shopping that day. She did not even bother to ask for an item to check . No she thought it was more convenient for her to tell me to come back in. So I should be inconvenienced and go back to the store instead of you checking the price. Once I said that she started saying things like she is not going to be spoken that way. What way? Telling you I got overcharged is now a negative thing to say to someone then she continued to say she is a humane being. I sure hope so because that is who I was talking to. Called today and spoke to Alex had to hold twice for over 15 minutes the first time . Not worth it anymore. Just not going to shop there. .

I greatly enjoy going to Michael's. I always emerge with more than I expected to buy because I get inspired by the wide variety of supplies and tools available. I don't believe I have ever had an unenjoyable visit to Michael's.

Placed an order online for store pickup. Never got an email for confirmation of order. Never got an email order was ready. Just checked order online and it shows picked up, but I never picked it up. I even put that no other person would pick this order up, so how did this happen? Now I have to drive there so I can try to get money back. And then drive to another Michael's store to see if they have the item. Obviously an ID was not checked to pick up order. Was not a good experience with Michael's or with this location.

If I could give no star I would...ok first I'm a Mexican American with my three other Mexican family members. We were followed through the whole store everywhere we went and we were asked multiple times if we needed help. If we need help we would have asked. It's very disappointing to see this type of micro aggressions in today's age. Do better

I'm giving this Michaels a 5 star review because I can't figure out how to review the hobby lobby down the street... if I could, I'd give it 2 stars. This store has much friendlier staff and a better selection. While I do enjoy using the 40 percent off one item coupon, I find that micheal's 20 percent off purchase usually saves me more money in the long run. I have never had a bad experience here and visit multiple times a month.

Went in for a quick item and I am on crutches the staff got me what I needed fast and was so helpful and nice thanks to the employees Wednesday morning.

I'm a very crafty person so I stop by Michaels every once in a while if I need any art supplies. This particular Michaels is smaller compared to the others, but I still have no problem finding everything I need. It's very organized and the workers are very polite and helpful! Seriously stop by if you need any art supplies.

I was in the store yesterday and each cashier seemed to be having an issue with their customers transaction. When it was my turn, the cashier that I had was a young man, maybe 19 or so, and he was very nice, calm and helpful. He was very professional during a stressful time and I was impressed.

Get the app! Make sure u do not hit redeem coupon till ur at the checkout. Or..you will loose the coupon. Bad reception too..might hv to go outside to pull up app on phone. Worth the trouble tho

I like this Michael's. It seems a bit smaller than other Michael's but it has all the necessary crafting supplies that you could need/want. Don't go without a coupon!
