I really like this location. Not only is it closest to my house, but the staff is great - very friendly, personable, and helpful. They now have self-checkout screens which are huge and very easy to use. There was still a clerk right up front to help out too. In-store inventory seems to be well-managed and accurately tracked online. The in-store pickup fulfillment was super quick for me today too (Sunday). I placed the order mid-day, and got a notification 5 minutes later that it was ready for pickup.

The lady at the register got mad at me for speaking up when the price of something wasn’t ringing up correctly and then she kept sighing heavily while leaning on the register like a Victorian fainting lady and I was inconveniencing her with my presence. Then she argued with me about the item being on sale vs not. It was definitely on sale. Listen…I know you can have a bad day. But this would have been solved in 12 seconds if she had bothered to listen to the words coming out of my mouth.

Every time I go here, the workers are helpful, attentive, and pleasant. The store is well kept and I always leave with more than I anticipated.

Bought some christmas items that was suppose to be 50 off. No got home any got overcharged on everything. Nothing rang up on sake. Called to find out why? Connie one of the managers had a melt down on the phone. Because I told her I got overcharged and so did everyone that was shopping that day. She did not even bother to ask for an item to check . No she thought it was more convenient for her to tell me to come back in. So I should be inconvenienced and go back to the store instead of you checking the price. Once I said that she started saying things like she is not going to be spoken that way. What way? Telling you I got overcharged is now a negative thing to say to someone then she continued to say she is a humane being. I sure hope so because that is who I was talking to. Called today and spoke to Alex had to hold twice for over 15 minutes the first time . Not worth it anymore. Just not going to shop there. .

Went in to have a picture framed, Theresa ( Terry) was our sale lady and she was very informative and helpful helping us pick out a Frame and matt, thank you for that, yes I would recommend to a friend. ***** 5 stars
