Been going there for 2 yrs now... The staff is awesome! I get the midgrade gas and my older vehicles (2005 & 2011) run smoother and get better gas mileage. Too bad the ExxonMobil app does not have specials on buying the midgrade gas, like the premium gas.

Small but old time set up how has stations weren't grocery stores. Grab ur favorite newspaper of the day, no liquor. But a cooler with water. Drinks, from monsters to Pepsi, obviously lottery tickets, cigs , that's about it
The oldest well known and loved clerk is it back in the day kinda man that I want to hang around and hear stories or talk about today's events from politics to concerts to living in the McHenry county area his whole life, cherry to fish sight see bands you bars restaurants. He knows it. Also will come out if u need assistance with ur car or getting gas or checking ur oil. Fabulous family feeing and the. Do have a car wash,!! Moved but I know my daughter well employees, thanks for ur fun and calling her by her name when greeting her when coming in. Like I remind her to tell u. I will miss my good old mobile. The manager and staff and stories. Thanks for the laughs. And the great service. Be good, stay healthy and know where ur located. The local people u regularly serve also love to go to ur Mobile!¡!! 👍🤗

The cashier working was so rude and quite simply a jerk. His name is Mark. On more than 1 occasion he has not been to friendly as I visit frequently. Seems to be in a bad mood often. I purchased tobacco products, fuel and carwashes often . My debit card never works at the pump. I’ve told him many times it doesn’t work. He always says call corporate, nothing I can do. Tobacco items seem to a different price every time and again I told him the price was not right. Again he says call corporate nothing I can do. He is not helpful and rude. Yesterday I asked him to try and fix the price as I should have got 3.50 off price if purchasing 2 of the same. He got mean and said I’m busy with inventory leave me alone I’m retired this is only a part time job, I don’t need it. I said you’re mean and rude. He says call corporate and complain, my name is Mark goodbye and ignored me. Then says have a nice day in a mean rude way. He should not be in customer service his bad mood reflects how he talks and treats people. He does not care at all. Actually raised his voice at me. This is at the McHenry store. I’m not sure I will be using that store anymore for stuff. There are plenty of other stations to choose from. Unfortunately the new trio being built on ringwood and 120 is going to be the same owners, kinda sucks as it’s close to my home. Mark, do us all a favor and go back in to retirement.

The car wash guy is so nice. Been going to him for years and years. I hate when he’s not on duty because the other ones are not personable. I wish I knew his name. I guess I will ask next time I go there lol.
