Having been to massage spas such as WisconsinsKohler Waters Spa I am excited to have found these little gem in McHenry, a skip and a hop from my Algonquin home. The place was tastefully decorated with ample space individual private rooms for different services, impeccably clean and all staff were in neat uniforms. Ample parking was available right in front. I received in one hour massage from Mattie and I have to say it was absolutely excellent service I don’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed! ☺️ yay Me!! Mattie helped me discover new depths of relaxation and rejuvenation. Massage room have excellent ambience from light music and scents it was very comfortable, relaxing lighting and well spaced. For sure I will be returning for more. Thank you.

Had my first massage today with Mattie. I haven’t had a real massage in months, sad to say. I have chronic sciatica that is off and on an issue. Mattie listened to my concerns and delivered a great deep tissue massage. I would definitely get more massages from her in the future. I see why the wait was three weeks. Worth every dollar.

I went in for the first time after having crippling lower back pain that I couldn't seem to remedy on my own from stretching. I got a massage from Taylor and she knew exactly what areas of my hips and back needed to be targeted. I left completely free of pain and I will definitely be returning.

Since my first massage, I have only considered this place for all my appointments. The staff are very professional and they always provide excellent service. They take care of their patients and listen closely to your concerns. The owner is very accommodating and it reassures me that the employees are getting well taken care of.

I have been going to Natural Therapy and Wellness Center for 2 months now. And they are nothing short of amazing! The communication via e-mail, text and phone calls is always responsive and extremely helpful. They are very accommodating and try their best to work around my schedule and will call if they have an earlier appointment date available. Now to the part that makes this place truly stand out. The massage therapist. Having had 17 surgeries in my life (including spinal fusion), going thru years of physical and occupational therapy. And trying Chiropractic care. Also, numerous massage therapist. I had given up hope that my back and neck would ever be pain free. Or allow me to live a decent life without taking OTC pain meds all day. Out of pure luck I found the best massage therapist that one could ask for. Liz C. is truly a magician, since the first visit almost 2 months ago. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. Works the areas needed and is a true professional! I would highly recommend you contact them and try this place out. I have not been disappointed at all. It has been nothing but a true pleasure to work with everyone there.
