I had to make a return of some online items. The online process required me to either drive 50 minutes out of my way or depend on USPS for a return. Making the decision to go into the store did not disappoint. I was greeted as I entered the building and associate at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Old Navy, thanks to the incredible assistance of the manager, Mandy. The day before, the computers were down, which caused some issues with the credit card percentage discounts on my purchase. I returned the next day, hoping to resolve the problem, and Mandy went above and beyond to help me.
She was super kind and incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand the issue and ensuring that the discounts were correctly applied. Her dedication to customer service didn't stop there; she even followed up with me after I completed my shopping to make sure everything went smoothly with the second transaction.
Mandy's professionalism and genuine care turned a (potentially frustrating) situation into a very positive experience. I can't thank her enough for her fantastic service. Old Navy is lucky to have such a wonderful manager on their team! Thank you, One of The Clopen Gals
