“Every aspect of the experience from start to finish was simple, professional, and timely. They came out and measured shortly after we visited the store and had a great selection of blinds to choose from (designer was very helpful). Andy (the installer) came out to confirm the measurements and when the blinds came in (within the promised timeline!), he installed all three window treatments in less than 35 minutes. Very professional and high quality service and product. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.”
“Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Treats both pros (me) and consumers (my wife) equally well and product knowledge is excellent and explained well”
“Paul and Rich assisted us in constructing 10 new screens for our home. The screens turned out great and working with those two men was a pleasure. Support this wonderful neighborhood shop.”
“If you want amazing service with a friendly style and a ton of product knowledge and professional demeanor, Shane is your guy.
I had all but given up on SW paint stores but my daughter had good luck so I buckled up and gave it a try. What an amazing experience. Shane helped me with correct terminology to start my journey and his knowledge took over and I left with a direction, the words to keep me on the road and samples to make it easier. This should be the only SW store you ever go to because it’s THAT good!!!”

“I would like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service consistently provided by the team at the McHenry store.
Manager Bree is extremely knowledgeable and always able to answer any questions we have.
Victoria consistently goes above and beyond her duties, handling any product issues promptly and ensuring we’re fully supported every time.
Our representative, Travis, is by far the best rep we’ve had in our eight years working with Sherwin-Williams. He’s attentive, communicates regularly, and always follows up with calls or texts whenever an issue arises on a job.
The McHenry team truly represents the highest level of professionalism and customer care. Their dedication makes it a pleasure to do business with Sherwin-Williams.”
