Great customer service from beginning to end of my visit. Dr. Lerner takes time with his patients. He answered all my questions and explains every step of the exam. I have been going there for years and have also referred multiple people.

My wife and I had our eyes tested and checked at the McHenry Pearle Vision office. We were also fitted for glasses. The staff in the McHenry Pearle Vision office is very competent and very friendly. Dr. Lernor is very thorough in his eye checkups and vision testing and will repeat a test if necessary to make sure he made the right eye health assessments and vision capabilities.

Staff at the facility in McHenry is always accommodating and very nice from the optometrist to the ladies up front, I never have a problem. Always willing to help. Great service and always with a smile

My 1st visit to Pearl Vision in McHenry after checking things out with Dr. Brandon Lerner as a new customer went Fabulous! This eye doctor really knows his credentials around being an Eye care Professional! As well as all the ladies helping in the office! He Not only does the exams and so forth but when it comes to more intricate services like seeing another doctor for vision issues which in the past with my last eye care place I had to separately go to Good Shepard Hospital for those services.
Dr. Brandon Lernor can tackle all those tasks as well as this at the near home location. The hassle of seeing another professional for eye services is solved right here in McHenry because Dr. Lerner can do it All! So Grateful I found this facility and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Complete Professionals here!

My experience at here was quite the pleasant one. The staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at all levels. Would go back myself anytime and I do recommend this place as a go to for anybody seeking a quality experience.

I highly recommend this location. The doctor was great and the staff was outstanding. Sheila was extremely helpful in helping my daughter with her first pair of glasses, making her feel extra special for her big moment. The service we received was above and beyond! Highly recommend this location!!

Love this place and Dr. Learner. They take the time to make sure you are taken care of. My eyes are changing with age. Their patience to find the perfect prescription has been greatly appreciated. Been going here for years. They have a lifelong customer.

Nicest office Ive been to when it comes to pearl vision. The optometrist was professional friendly and just overal and joy to chat it up with! The front desk staff were hilarious and very kind. They helped me fix my glasses that ive had forever and no one was pushy to try to sell me a thing! Go here if you care about your eyes these are 100% the good guys!

I’ve been coming here for many years. Great place and AMAZING doctor. But I do need to point out a few things, to hope that this will get corrected in the future.
I was there a week ago getting fitted for frames, and while picking up today I had to return the pair I got immediately. The Ray-bans I picked were too wide for my bridge of nose. At my initial visit, no one really took the time to tell me what worked with my face shape, nor honest of how they looked.
I returned literally after one hour of picking up my new frames, and I met Samantha. I’m glad she was upfront with me about returning the Ray-Bans. She took the time to evaluate my face shape, and helped me find the right fit for my nose. I couldn’t thank her enough for her honesty!
Again this review isn’t to bash anyone, but to learn to engage more with the customer. Get to know what they do for a living, go over face shape, and style preferences for frames.

Dr. Lernor was great! He was very easy to talk with and took into account all of my concerns when selecting a new pair of contacts. The staff is super friendly and helpful in selecting glasses and explaining how my insurance worked. I will be coming back for sure next year!
