I got a no chip pedicure and almond gel nails. The staff was extremely friendly and talented. They worked fast and accommodated my last minute request to wax eyebrows. Thanks for the great service!

My favorite place in Mchenry to get my nails done hands down!!! They take their time and make you feel welcomed and most importantly listen to exactly what you want and achieve it for you!! Always a happy customer when I leave QNails🩷

Never had an issue here the owner always took care of me since he always did pedicures and his wife did manicures. Ive always just got pedicures but thought I would change it up today and do mani pedi. Now that they have more staff my whole experience was horrible I called a day ahead to schedule an appointment for a certain service because they are typically busier on Sundays. I came in and was given all the colors to pick from only for them to charge extra because the girl who did my manicure didn’t understand I wanted just basic. I even said basic 2x she just nodded and proceeded. Then when I said it was wrong but I’d pay for it she was quick to offer to take the polish off that she had just done. Then when it was time for the pedicure the owner nicked me and didn’t bother to say anything. I always made the drive out to Mchenry because they were a really great place but safe to say I won’t be back after the service they provided today.

Felt like it was completely rushed, felt forced to get gel and had no respect that i just wanted regular polish. I feel like they purposely did a bad job only bc i didn’t want gel. I also really didn’t like the constant back and forth talking about me in their language. Then the guy tells me of if your nail chips there’s no guarantee we will fix it for free but if it’s gel then we will. Ummm what? I have never heard that before, also holding my card in your hand after u charged it watching me sign the receipt to make sure I tip you is COMPLETELY unprofessional. Shape is bad polish is very bumpy and not clean at all. Next time you should take more time on your clients and not rush or pressure them
Also my nails were supposed to be light pink….. they put white…..

This was my first time here and it definitely will not be my last. I arrived as a walk-in and was immediately greeted with warmth and directions. My sister and I were getting pedicures and usually I haven't had great experiances with these services as most places seem to rush them in order to get to the next client. However, here the pedicure was an adequate amount of time for the price. My sister and I got the deluxe package but nothing was rushed as stated. We both recieved long, thorough massages, the paraffin treatment was left on for a good amount of time, and were offered drinks during our treatment. There was also a little girl there who was super sweet and very enthusiastic to have us draw and color with her. Absolutely adorable and a very warm atmosphere! I adored this place and we will be coming back in the future.

Finally a nail salon in McHenry that great!! The owner and her husband work very hard to please customer. She did great with my nails. Please be kind, they are doing the best they can between the two of them.

Very nice people and very professional. The ultimate pedicure more features compared to other shops in area. Pricing is competitive also to other shops. I have tried all shops in McHenry, this is where I will be coming back too.
