My truck broke down in mchenry after a very long day at work. I called Rex Towing, not only did they get to me in a timely fashion. But he also treated me like family. Its people like this that reinstill my faith in America.?? Americans helping Americans. Some high ranking people in our country should take note.

I called Rex Towing after waiting 2 1/2 hours for another local company who didn’t show up. Rex was there in 10 minutes and went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for his skills and patience and wouldn’t give up on the job.

James saved the day. Insurance Co abandoned me for more than 4 hours but Rex Towing service had me hooked up in 30 min. Home safe thanks to the awesome service. This is the third time using Rex and have been extremely happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this co.

My car died in the back roads of Wisconsin and wouldn't start at 3:45 am. I called Rex for a tow, got a price. Weirdly enough while I was waiting I tried to start it again and it started albeit in limp mode. I figured I'd try to make it home, so I called back and got the driver who was about 10 minutes away. He was very understanding of my situation and wished me luck on making it home. I will keep them in mind if I ever need roadside assistance again.BTW, the other company I called was a 2 hour wait!

Everytime we call Rex shows up quickly. Their drivers are friendly too! Having your car breakdown while you're driving can be stressful. James helped us laugh it off while efficiently getting our car lifted and towed. Definitely saving Rex's number in my phone!

When I called Rex Towing of McHenry Illinois, dispatch was clear and responsive and very efficient - explanation of expected time of arrival was accurate to the min. Communication on arrival was proficient by receiving a call from field tech (James). James was safe communicative and proficient at his job based on his questions - after a few min. James had my vehicle open and unlock…. James further assisted my ability access my vehicle to assure starting. I had key fab issue is what James determined and was very help in suggesting proper way to repair.
Rex towing was efficient friendly - communicative through all steps - assistive beyond his scope of responsibility to assure safety and quality of a satisfied customer - thank you James
Please cost was great it was under a $100 dollars - I could gotten over charged because of vulnerability but VERY professional and affordable…
