Never had a manicure before, so I'm not entirely sure how good my word can be. Went Sunday with my boyfriend just cause why not?
Greeted as we opened the door and got in right away.
You get to pick your colors from an assortment of choices in one of their many books they have on display.
Both of us got manicures and pedicures.
My boyfriend's manicure and pedicure were done by Rachel. I'm, unfortunately, unable to remember who mine was done by, but he was a very nice man who made sure I was having a good time and put little flower designs on my nails just for fun. Was very attentive and outgoing, understanding what patterns and colors I wanted.
Pedicures were relaxing, very professional, and done to a tee. Chairs are massaging and you get to control them, no matter the package you get.
There are, I think, 5 different pedicure packages you get to choose from. Each have their own unique thing, and they don't break the bank. We got a package that included bath salts with the pedicures.
Manicures were done almost within the blink of an eye and look fantastic. I didn't have an exact design in mind, but I knew the color I wanted and acrylics to stop myself from picking at things. The same man did my manicure. Again, with no design or pattern in mind, he just went at it. It turned out great.
In total, I spent 289 for both services and the tip.
100 for my boyfriend's service.
140 for my service.
9 for the convenience fee.
20 for each person.
Will probably be going again in a month or whenever these break.

We waited at least 30 mins to actually start our pedicure with an appointment. The man who did my nails did not do a very good job, he got nail polish on my skin, and it was just uneven. I had asked him to fix it and I guess he did his version of fixing. Probably won’t be coming back due to the quality of the work.

Best pedicure around, very detailed, and was not rushed at all. I have been to many other places, but would only recommend this nail salon. Great service and beautiful work!

So many things wrong I don’t know where to begin, but please stay tuned for the “managers” response to all of the issues.
1. Made an appointment for manis pedis at 3:00 on a Sunday for myself and 3 girls as we were leaving for vacation the next day. I received a phone call at 2:45 to confirm I was coming and I informed her that I may be 5 minutes late, she said no problem, take your time. I showed up only 2 minutes late (this will be important later)
So they sat us all for pedicures and started on 2 of us while the other 2 remained waiting for another 30 minutes. I kid you not when I say I was done with my pedicure before they got started.
2. Was not pleased with my pedicure, felt very rushed, barely any massage and wanted to charge an extra $5 to use the cheese grater thing on my heels for the dead skin, I declined. It was definitely not relaxing at all. And I didn’t notice at first but both of my big toes were done very sloppy, with extra polish on my skin.
3. I picked a shade of pink for my no chip manicure and my toes were supposed to match, understand that the no chip polish may be a shade or so off from the regular polish, but not only were they many shades different, but I’m pretty sure my fingernail polish was not even the color I picked. When I compared it to the one I picked from their book it was different. So now I have 2 different shades of pink and neither of them is what I picked.
4. One of my girls also chose a shade of pink that was supposed to be the same on her fingers and toes, well since I was finished before every one, I walked over to check on her as the guy was applying blue polish to her fingers. So I asked if it was what she wanted and she said no, but she was ok with it so I let it go.
5. Refer to pictures of my daughter’s nails the day after we had them done to see how badly they chipped less than 24 hours later. Not sure if the polish was a bad, or old but for the amount of money spent they should have lasted longer than that.
So, I asked who the manager was and pulled her aside to speak with her.
My first question was why we started 30 minutes apart. She had the nerve to tell me that I came in late, I said yes 2 minutes late, and I told you I would be late and you said take your time. Then she just continued to make nonsense excuses for every other matter I brought up. Yes, she did offer to fix my sloppy nails and change the color that was wrong for one of the girls, but unfortunately I didn’t have time because we were leaving for vacation and had a tight schedule already. So then she offered me 10% off, I was like ok, that’s a sign of good faith and considering I spent $200 I would have been pleased with that. But no, no, no, it would have only been 10% off of my services, which would have been $6, so I told her to keep the $6 and I would never be coming back. Well, she then followed that up with that’s all I can do, I just the manager. So, I guess I’ll never be going back there again.

been trying to find a good salon for years & my coworkers told me about QT! been coming for about 5 months now & every set i get is fantastic! Queen takes wonderful care of all customers & is the most accommodating tech i’ve ever worked with!

I had an appointment at 12 Sunday for a mani/pedi. I checked in and sat in the waiting area until about 12:25 (two people walked in without appointments during this time and they quoted them both a 35-45 minute wait) and then they moved me to a chair with no technician without saying anything. I looked around to see if anyone was almost done with their service so I could see who would be my tech, but nobody seemed close to being done. I sat there until 12:45 and then finally got up and left. I would have waited if they cared to talk to me and keep me updated on wait time but I had no idea how much longer I should expect to wait. I will not be returning.
