Suzanne is the kindest, most competent, knowledgeable and honest realtor I have ever met! The selling of our house was smooth and as easy as it can be with her buy our side. She was very connected with us through the whole process and always gave us the best advice. I know for certain that if she wasn’t our realtor we would not have been able to purchase the house we did and for that I am forever grateful! Suzanne was referred by our old neighbors. They gave my wife and I her contact info and after our initial talk, we knew she was definitely the person who was going to find us our future home We gave her our list of needs and she went right to work. I chose Suzanne to be our realtor for a few reasons. I had interviewed with several realtors and it was only when we met Suzanne that something just felt right. I liked the way she was prepared for our first meeting. She had researched the market in our area and was able to show us what was current and how to apply it to our home . Suzanne had enthusiasm!!! This was our second time utilizing Suzanne Kotomski’s services this year for selling a home. Both experiences were the best experience ever when selling a home.
