I wasn't informed of some kind of program I am apparently apart of until the last moment of checkout, they should ask and inform first instead of signing you up. I don't even know what it is to cancel it.

If I could give - minus 10 I would, the customer service here is horrific to say the least. They don’t even honor the prices that are posted in the store and then treat you like crap when you ask about it like you’re trying to get away with something. The employee “grace” had the worst attitude, rude, put out, treated me like I was trying to get away with something. If you don’t have the sale then don’t have the signs up and don’t offer any free gifts. I could go on. If you don’t like your job, then leave it and go work in a warehouse somewhere. Away from ppl. There are a lot of choices to order online from other places or go to Sephora, but just stay away from the store. I am never going in there again and won’t order from Ulta. I’ve had it. This is not the first time so I’m done. If I treated customers the way that I’ve been treated there I would’ve been fired! If they keep treating ppl that way, I am sure that store will soon close.

What's up with this store? They don't even carry basic benefit eyebrow products! One little section of benefit cosmetics is unheard of. But crap brands get a whole row?? Cmon McHenry ulta. Also not even brow services during day?

The employees here are not knowledgeable and don’t even know what a beauty blender is! Nor the biggest sale going on! They don’t carry a lot of products either, disappointing.

I went in had trouble with my card while checking out. I was treated poorly by the cashier, she was giving me dirty looks the whole time and at some point she had her hand over mouth looking like she was trying not to laugh at me, she seemed very annoyed by the whole situation. I didnt catch her name but she had blonde short curly hair. Im very disappointed by this experience because Ive been at this location multiple times and have never had a bad experience up until now.

The customer service at Ulta is a joke. They refuse to honor the prices they advertise online, forcing customers to abandon their purchase while they are in store, leave the store, place an order online and go back to pick it up instead of just price matching from their own website. Stop doing online pricing if you are going to make it a frustrating in store experience. The associates at the store were unhelpful and made no attempt to even try. As a platinum member who has had several negative experiences this year, I’m going to spend whatever points I have, close my account and move my purchases to Sephora. Do better Ulta.

I just left this store and needed to share my awesome experience today, all thanks to Kim! I'm getting married in January and had a list of makeup I needed to upgrade. After not being in a beauty store for years, I was feeling very unprepared for all the options. When I asked Kim for help, I started crying from being overwhelmed. She didn't judge me and immediately began to go through my list and match me with makeup items. While I am extremely embarrassed that I couldn't keep my cool, I am equally extremely grateful for Kim's help!

Possibly the WORST management in history, do NOT visit Ulta unless the manager Bri is working she seems to be the only one with compassion understanding, and good knowledge of her store and products in it

My daughter and I had Sarah do both our hair and makeup for my son's wedding. I have never been more shocked and happy with a salon service as I was this day. Sarah worked miracles for me!!! HUGE thank you to her! I would never trust anyone else with such an important forever-event as I now do with Sarah. Wow. Thank you, Sarah!!!!!!!!!

The most painful haircut I've ever had. My scalp is still tender from the lady putting the brush to my scalp and hairdrying on high heat up against it. I could smell my hair and scalp burning. When I tried to say something, she was so wrapped up in talking to a coworker that she totally ignored any plea for her to stop scorching my head.
The next day I showered, my shampoo burned in the areas she did this repeatedly.

I come here for the beauty services and I have been seeing Lordes for about 2 years. She is very passionate & educated on her work. She always makes me feel comfortable and the only one I trust to wax my brows. Book an appt with her and see for yourself!

This ultra location, has very nice lighting... The employees are friendly and helpful, and I can personally test the haircuts being of good quality as well.

I can't say enough good things about the customer service experience and how nice everyone is that works here. They treated me so awsome that I was taken aback because I wasn't expecting such genuine caring support for helping me find the right products I was looking for. I forgot her name, but one employee helped me to finally do my makeup the way I wanted, and she was so friendly and nice. I got my eyebrows done, and the lady was extremely sweet and did a great job. I will definitely be coming regularly from now on. Thanks!!! :)
