This is the 2nd time we have used University Movers within 1 year. They are professional and very careful with how they handled all of the items they moved. Very friendly and courteous!! I highly recommend University Movers!!

This was our second time using University Movers and just like the first time, they did a great job. Talin and David were professional and took the extra time to make sure everything was in the correct spot and nothing damaged prior to leaving. We are big supporters of using local businesses, as opposed to big chains. Highly recommend University Movers and if/when we move again, we will use them again.

I recently used University Movers to move from Elgin to Crystal Lake. They were awesome! Talin, Josh & Tyson were friendly, careful, & efficient. They provided everything needed (pads, wrap, floor protection, etc.) to ensure nothing was damaged on its way out, in transit, & during delivery. It was a big job on a hot & humid day, but they didn't miss a beat, and somehow kept a positive attitude through it all! I would absolutely recommend this company to others!

We just used University Movers to move our house of 26+ years from Schaumburg to Algonquin. The 4 man crew that arrived were very professional and friendly and made quick work of getting us moved from point A to point B. They provided all padding, floor coverings and materials to ensure nothing was damaged along the way. And the best part is that nothing was damaged and the move went as smooth as one could expect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

From the first phone call to the last, from pack-up, load-up, transit, and load-in went fantastic. Having moved 16 times with the military or myself, this was the best moving experience I’ve had. Recommend for price and professionalism, make them your first call.

University Movers did an awesome job! Vicki responded to my inquiries while out of town which is truly appreciated since where in a time crunch. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again!!

Beware storage facilities! If you have an indoor facility with an indoor loading bay, don't let them use a lift gate truck. They refused to turn off the engine because they were using the lift gate. They were here from 9am to after 11am with the engine running and fumes penetrating our ventilation system. Do not use this company if you are storing at Metro Storage Mundelein

We used University movers to move my daughter into her apartment. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. The person I scheduled with was very thorough and gave me a fair, honest estimate and explained everything well. Then followed up with an email covering everything. The 2 man crew were on time and loaded everything up carefully in their large truck. Moved it all into her 3rd floor apartment within a few hours. Very professional and courteous. Will definatley be using them again. Thank you!

Horrible customer service! They packed and broke some valuable items and all they want to me to get to settle it is 100 dollars. They gave me a quote for 2 trucks and 6 men with a time window of 8 to 12 hrs. The job took close to 14hrs and they had to come back the next day to finish. I tried complaining but the office people are so rude and unprofessional and eventually blocked my number. Don’t trust them! The estimate was way off. An estimate is supposed to be In the ball park..The final price was almost double the estimate. Unless you want cheap, unprofessional, and having the blame placed on you for having the move be more than what was estimated I would not hire them.

We hired University Movers to move from a storage unit in Lake Zurich to a 2 bedroom apartment in Arlington Heights and we will be hiring them when we move out of our 2 bedroom apartment!There were 4 gentlemen - (Mikey, Nick, Alfonso, and Leo) that were very polite, friendly, and hard working. We ran into a few inconveniences (no semis allowed in our storage unit garage, long loading zone, waiting on unit keys, etc.) but there were no complaints out of anyone of them. They were all able to put our beds together in minutes which would have taken me hours. I could not recommend that team and this business more.

Nick and Dave knocked it out of the park on my move today. First of all it was pouring rain and they moved so quickly. They had to take apart some of my things, and they put it back together. Not to mention the crazy staircase that they had to navigate, they were super steep and high. They managed it get it all done so fast and let’s not mention they were so super nice and friendly. I will never use another moving company other than University Movers. You can’t go wrong!

I was referred here by a friend. The three-man truck came on time, the movers were conscientious, friendly and professional. I'll be using them again for my next move! The cost was highly competitive. And I won't be going anywhere else!

I am super late writing my review, but Nick, Taylor, and Dave helped me move back in August, on an extremely hot day. They worked so hard and were so efficient. It was a very pleasant experience during a very stressful time for me. They were so nice.Ironically, I'm having all types of issues at my new place and will be moving again soon and I'm definitely using University Movers again. Vicki was also very friendly and nice to speak with.Thanks for all your help!

Moving sucks, no doubt about it. But Nick, Taylor and Paulie from University Movers made it AWESOME! Hard working, personable, great communicators! Price was right as well! I highly recommend.
