Beginning January 29th, 2024, this pharmacy claims they can no longer get medicare covered diabetic supplies for my wifecwith a valid orescription from her doctor. If your reading this thebproblem still exists with her test strips.Got to Osco.This pharnacy can no longer get medicare part d covered diabetic test supplies. They blame united healthcare but other pharnacies can fill prescriptions. Rude and uncaring pharmacist named hanah starting yelling. This pharmacy needs new staff and oversight.

I called several times and never got a person. First call I waited 10 mins until I got disconnected. Second call, I was on hold for 40 mins again this time someone pick up but hang up. Calling for the third time and it's been 23 mins still on the hold music.

There is no reason why a drive through line of three cars should take over 40 minutes to get a prescription. Go somewhere else.

staff was friendly, and when the system rung me up for the wrong price, the cashier made sure to fix that. photo department is also friendly and fast.

Second time in a row I've spent more time in line than in the actual store getting my items. This place is woefully understaffed and the aisles are always dirty. Just go to CVS across the street for better service.

By far the worst Walgreens I've ever visited. THE MANAGER Russ is the worst customer facing manager I've ever came across. Simple returns procedure could not be accomplished by any employees nor the manager Russ. Persisted to reimburse me with store credit when I just had paid cash. They told me to come back in which I did and they still could not help. I'm here for the third time and took me calling corporate to figure this out.

I can't even check any stars. 3rd time calling, hung up on twice after waiting 40 min. Called back and asked if I should just come and speak in person and still placed on hold. This is a terrible pharmacy. I wouldn't entrust my animals to their care.

This particular Walgreens Pharmacy is absolutely the worst that I have ever dealt with. It takes them at least 15 minutes to answer the phone, when your the 1st in line and they pick up your Call and quickly put you back on terminal hold. All this while one is still 1st in the call queue. I know this because I've called before and when there were more people ahead of me waiting in this terminal HELL hold waiting for a breathing body to pick up the phone. And when they do finally answer your call, they do not say anything about who they are, like Walgreens Pharmacy or at least Walgreens. I would also like to point out that this is not the norm for all Walgreens. The other Walgreens, in a 10 mile radius, of my location do not seem to have this issue. This I know because I have had the opportunity to need them because the Fox Lake Walgreens doesn't have the medication in stock that I need. This also seems to be an ongoing problem. I refill the same prescriptions every month. This is no way to run ant business, let alone a Pharmacy. Especially when it is the ONLY DRIVE THRU in the town.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the pharmacy. Customers treated like garbage. I have to deal with a lot of pharmacies through work and this is on the top of my least favorites.

This is the WORST Walgreens I've ever visited. I really go here because it's 2 mins from my house, but the wait times in the drive through can be up to 45 mins. The staff is rude, short, and less than helpful. You MAYBE get 1 or 2 really nice people but it so inconsistent. You let a manager know and nothing changes. You ask them to fill a prescription and they can't even do that. Also- warning- don't leave your paper prescriptions behind unless you know they'll fill it, or they'll wind up throwing it away and having to pull it out of the trash. You ask them to check other Walgreens for the refill if they don't have it? Oh no they can't do that either but of course that depends on the employee you get and if they are feeling generous that day. This place is just worthless
