The pharmacy takes luch break at 645-715pm . At least 6 people at one time . Then they open up the wall at 715pm and registers and takes at least 5 to 10 minutes to get moving. Poor decision on lunch break. Should scatter people so they don't close for 30 minutes

I stopped in to the McHenry Walgreens on an Saturday morning just an little before 7:00am. I was having some issues trying to print an photo. Nobody wanted to help and an employee told me she couldn’t because she had to stay behind the counter. I watched this employee play on her her phone and ignore me. So I walked out and went to CVS pharmacy across the street. They were friendly and took less then five minutes. Very disappointed at McHenry Walgreens.

Takes forever to get a prescription, they say 90 mins you get there in 2 hrs and still not done. they say have a seat itwill ge 15mins and over 30 minutes later your still waiting...

THIS WALGREENS GIVE ALL WALGREENS A BAD NAME!! ATTN: WALGREENS YOU NEED TO DO A CLEAN SWEEP OVER THE WHOLE STORE THIS STORE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THIS ESPECIALLY INCLUDES THE PHARMACY. EMPLOYEES THAT WORK HERE, ARE NOT HELPFUL AND HATE BEING AT WORK!! ITS UNBELIEVABLE WORKERS IN THE ISLES, DO NOT SMILES ARE IRRITATED IF YOU ASK A QUESTION. THE STORE MGR IS SO LAX ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY, SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE STORE HER ATTIRE SPEAKS VOLUMES, MAYBE THAT'S PART OF THE REASON WHY HER ATTITUDE IS THE WAY IT IS.(BIKER TIGHTS WITH A VEST COVER AND A NAME TAG) I OBSERVED HER NOT EVEN GIVING A CARE IN THE WORLD OVER A CUSTOMER COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SERVICE SHE RECEIVED (WHICH WAS VALID BY THE WAY) THE MGR WAS LOOKING AT HER LIKE PLEASE FINISH SO I CAN GO BACK TO DOING NOTHING.I FELT SO BAD FOR THE POOR LADY. EVERYTIME I GO TO PICKUP MEDS, THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!! THEY ARE RUDE AND SLOWFUL TOO!! THE OVERNIGHT PHARMACIST, IS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS SOME SENSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MAYBE THE WHOLE STORE CAN TAKE A CLASS FROM HIM!! WALGREENS AGAIN SEND SOME SECRET SHOPPERS AND YOU WILL CONFIRM WHAT IM SAYING. I SWITCHED MY WHOLE HOUSEHOLD TO ANOTHER PHARMACY JUST BECAUSE OF THE REPEATED HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE!!

The pharmacy needs to be better staffed particularly during hours in which people are getting off work (3:30-6:00). The line is 8 customers deep with one employee and the drive thru is just as bad. It is impossible to get in and out of the pharmacy in less than 30 minutes which to me is inexcusable.

They always have lame excuses for not having prescriptions filled on time. We are elderly and the only thing this pharmacy delivers consistently are excuses..

Prescriptions prices have gone up. By far one of the slowest pharmacy’s. The outside is dirty cigarette butts & trash everywhere. CVS across the street is way cleaner meds are cheaper too and the pharmacy is way more efficient too…

Either the store cannot staff, which can question management. Or The staff have very little training due to numerous customers in LONG LINES DUE TO LONG TIMES. How long in time? Over 20 minutes+. I suppose time is relative for everyone. Do you think over 20 minutes for picking up pre-ordered prescriptions is long? Something needs to change.
