Arcadia: America's Playable Arcade Museum is a family friendly museum full of vintage, classic arcade games and pinball machines that are all playable. It is an off-the-beaten-path gem located in historic buildings, offering the experience of the 1983 arcade explosion. There is no entry fee and no attendant; visitors just walk in and play. Games operate on quarters, priced as they were when new, with many costing 25 or 50 cents per play. Quarters are all you need, with change machines available, but it is all cash and there is no ATM, so bringing bills is necessary. The museum spans three buildings, with lots of great games, plus a foosball and air hockey table. It is a fun diversion for all ages, perfect for birthday parties where both kids and parents enjoy themselves. The spaces between machines can be tricky maneuvering for some, but the restrooms are bright and clean. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There is plenty of on-street parking, and it is open Fridays and Saturdays.
Had my daughter's 13th Birthday party there was amazing everyone truly enjoyed themselves. parents stayed to have fun too. . You can't beat .25 cents per play.

For an hour or two while it rained this was a fun diversion. Loved the pinball machines and classic video games. This was fun for all ages in our group. Bring cash for the change machine. And all the machines were working! 2 Bathrooms, small spaces between the machines could be tricky maneuvering for some people.
