My husband and I had a great experience getting our tire fixed! The service was quick and efficient — We were in and out in no time. John was very friendly and professional, and made sure our tire was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I went to their shop with a blown out tire. Everyone was out on calls so I waited 3hrs to buy a used tire and have it mounted (at the shop). $100 for the tire $135 for labor $7.25 tax $15 disposal fee $257.25 total. 100 miles later (5 miles north of Litchfield, IL.) the tire I just bought blows out. Call him up, he said it was a used tire so no warranty (which was never expected) and I’m too far away for him to do anything about it (which I figured). I ask can I at least get the $100 back for the tire he said he would do that but I had to bring the tire back to him. I paid with a debit card easily refunded for the $100. Not worth driving a 100 miles in the wrong direction for the refund and I think he knew that would be the case. I would avoid this place if possible, not very friendly and not at all concerned about customer service. Not one “damn I’m sorry about that”, “damn I hate that happened”, nothing accept “no warranty I can’t do anything about it”.

John saved me when my car broke down near McLean. Told me he would meet me at the shop, arrived on time, fixed the issue, and charged a fair price. Cash only, but there’s an ATM at the gas station next door!

If I could give no stars, I would.
My son's fiance is driving his truck to see him in Louisiana when he just got back from being deployed for almost a year. She breaks down...graf is the closest place. Says it is the transmission......charges 1500.00 and she is on her way....thankfully she made it to Louisiana only to have the transmission go out again 3 days later......obviously he did not fix the problem but put a 1500.00 bandaid on it

We was out on interstate 55 and had a blow out Got the doughnut on car Looked for closes place to get a tire, John Graf repair showed up on Google maps They were only 1 mile away We called, they had are tire in stock Had two back tires replaced and back on the road within 30 min Friendly service at a fair price! Paid cash and got a discount Highly recommend

after i brokedown i called 2 repair companies that didnt even wanted to come out there.they got scared because it was a transmission issue.best thing i could have done was to call John Graf.they sent this man that turned things from wrong to right.i got fixed and made it to delivery even.highly recomended since they really go out of their way to get you rolling

Be careful drivers, I do have very bad experience today in this shop, and my recommendation to everyone to ask job cost up front before beginning!
This guy charge me today to replace one of the tire in my trailer Right Rear Inside, 150$ to take off the bad tire and put one off my spare tire!!!! I complain and after that he ask me how I will pay, and he drop price to 95$ cash pay!!!
We always do this same thing in Elk Grove village,IL for 35$ + tax!!!! I don’t recommend this shop to nobody, and just stay a way and save some trouble guys!!!

DO NOT COME HERE Or CALL FOR A ROAD SERVICE, I repeat,On Wednesday September 27 I break my trailer door hinges then call this guy and asked him if he can fix my door hinges then he say bring it over I will put the hinges for you I drove 60 miles to get here when I come his shop he look at my trailer and he say I have the hinges they are $40 each and we charge $85 an hour but I can’t do it now go to the truck stop then come back in the morning, he also say we don’t give estimates,i when back in the morning he fixed my trailer door hinges with in 53 minutes I start my clock timer when he put his tools behind my trailer and stop clock timer when he took his tools back then then he charged me $568.71Hinges 49.95 each total $199.80Labor $300Unknown $51.92Tax 16.99When he finished my trailer he say we charge $150 an hour and $49.95 door hinge,He tell you $85 an hour then when he finish he will charge you $300 an hour,This guy is here to take your advantage.
