“This review is based on conversations with a few of their employees. Service was not done at the present time, however had I chose to do so, I would be happy as this review is. (First time customer)Stopped in last week as someone decided to cut off catalytic converter on my vehicle and I was in need of a place that serviced that particular need as the shop I used to go to is a Muffler shop only but way into the city of Chicago.From the first meeting with Mark to setting up a time and day to get my vehicle on, to the call and explanation of parts and prices today, and the good old honesty from when picking up the vehicle today was something I have not witnessed or seen in years coming from an automotive shop.Nathan was very courteous and respectful to me regarding the issue and my few options to get the converter fixed. I like that he treated me with respect and understood my decision in not wanting to fix the vehicle at the time do to the price for the stupidity of someone stealing it. The shop was busy and I did have to wait a few days to get the car in but nonetheless, even if I chose not to do business with them at the time, they appreciated ME, the customer for giving them a chance to look at the car and still did not charge for the diagnosis after the fact. In the end of the conversation, Dave had recommended another shop locally that may be able to help, however I told him I chose them over his recommendation which I did have an option to go to as well based on the reviews read on here. Do not second guess this shop if your car needs honest work by honest mechanics. I would return to this shop as it is now local to me for other automotive needs!”

“I would highly recommend Scott’s Service Place. I own an Infiniti 2011 QX56 and required a lot of work. Erika was very friendly and has a great attitude.I worked with Scott and he is very detail oriented and was thorough in explaining the problems and what it would cost. They won’t perform any work until you agree. He will let you know how severe your issues are and areas where it’s not necessary to fix yet and he’ll give you options.I would definitely take my car there and I plan to take my other vehicle there for maintenance and repairs.Thank you! He explained how he was trying to get my sons car out of the culvert sunk in 8 inches of mud and water and with his ingenuity it slid right out perfectly. “Excellent service center! Professional craftsmen, prompt repairs, fair prices. All work is performed efficiently and on time. I recommend! Before this, I had my wheel alignment done in Canadian tire. But the tires continued to wear out.. Wasted time and money. After the work of the center I immediately felt the difference. Driving is just a pleasure both at high speed and in the city. They adjusted the wheel alignment angles!!! The guys know their stuff and they work well and smoothly with the whole team. I am writing this review after running 350 km on the highway. The guys are absolute experts! Special thanks to Roman for his professionalism and human approach.
