I used to love this post office. There have been new workers on and off about every year or so, but this new group for the most part is not good. The lady who drives my route just refuses to pick up scheduled package pick ups. Plus on Saturdays, it's a mystery as to if she decides to deliver mail. I've had mail delivered on Sunday to make up for missing Saturday. This continual missing of the package pick up is the worst. It impacts my job. I've filed complaints but nothing happens. I love the lies they spout when I get emails saying the packages have been picked up and they're still sitting in my package pick up bin. Or when they say they can't find the packages. That's cute because I leave directions on every scheduled pick up form and the plastic bin is right in front of my font door marked "USPS PACKAGE PICK UP PACKAGES INSIDE-LIFT LID". The one worker at the post office who waits on you is the exception to all of these complaints. She is friendly and tries to helps when she can. Another horrible thing is when trying to drop off packages, many times now, you walk in and the door is locked with a written note that says they're on lunch. Uhhh, this would be ok if there was a set time, but I've gone at 11 and they're closed, I've gone at 2 and they're closed. Wish someone would step in to fix what was once a wonderful post office. I know this will fall on deaf ears, but at least it's out for the world to see and read.

I used to love this little Post Office.The worker they have now is so unprofessional. Rude on multiple occasions to the customers. From talking over customers to eating popcorn while helping customers.My review comes due to a last straw when she multiple times wants me to thank her! For doing her job. And then when I ask why my letter that I paid to $30 to have expedited is not there. She says I am not going to help you anymore?? I have filed a claim online. Hopefully something improves.

in 20 years I entered this Post Office 3 TIMES ! Every time was DRAMA! Today is 03.11.2022 @11:11,employee, (tall, chubby,african,female),start screeming why I am not wearing mask! Not having chance to say anything,she rapidly scremed 4 times: "google it it's mandate!!!"so INSOLENT,HILT,NERVY as I came on her property! Simply,SHOCKED I left ...It is reflection of entire social sickness,nowerdays...giving right to incompetente creatures to judge and make decisions on there own.I am thinking if I were black/she white,what media linch will be created.By the way,why this USPS office exist?!10+10ft building,3ml away from other office?! Very fishy .

I’ve lived here for 21 years and never had a problem before. As of this week 2 packages have been left on top of my mailbox (for anyone to take), one was a medication. If the package doesn’t fit, both were small, the carrier is to walk it up to the house, like they’ve been doing for 21 years! Why the change? A complaint has been filed, hopefully this will rectify the issue.

I had the pleasure of working with Gale on a package of mine that was having issues being shipped from my post office. She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. She was so great to work with, almost would'nt mind if another package was delayed going to her location! haha. Thanks again Gale!

The friendliest post office I have ever been to. I go everyday and Gail always puts me in a good mood. Both Mary and Gail go above and beyond every time. They provide the BEST service.

Medinah post office is amazing the atmosphere is so welcoming and the employees are fantastic. Gail is so helpful and knowledgeable and her personality just makes your day. I recommend this post office to anyone that is close by.

Mary and Gail are two great employees that the Postal Service should be proud of. They are friendly, helpful and very professional. I live in Roselle but I prefer to use the Medinah Post Office..

Very friendly and professional my office is in Lombard but I drive to Medinah because it will be done right there I ship 20-30 packages each day thanks Gail and Mary
