I REGRET BRINGING MY CAR HERE. I had took my car to them for an estimate. I needed to replace the Hood, Fender, Bumper, and Radiator Support. By the time I got their estimate, it was far more than I expected. I discussed with them if I could just do the support for now until I save up for the rest, when they got back to me to tell me it would be more money that way. By now I had unexpectedly lost my job. And get hit with a message from Aim saying I need to pay 4,000$ if I'm NOT gonna do the repairs, even though the times I spoke with them they NEVER once told me I was being charged for my car there. With losing my job, I was overwhelmed and confused. I tried speaking with them and explained my situation. Not even because I was a previous customer with them, He had NO heart nor empathy to waive it this once and let me take my car. So it was either pay 4k$ for them to do nothing or almost 6k$ for them to repair it. I had no choice but to give them the deposit from the last of my savings. The following weeks I would not hear any updates from them. I would contact them to find out about the bumper arrival and was told it had not arrived yet. Until Feb 14th, never heard from them pior, only to tell me they finally got the parts; radiator support, hood and fender all New and original. As well as that they received the(custom)bumper couple weeks ago. And they'll be finished with the car in a week. At this time I advised them that I was still without a job and stressed how I can't pay the remaining amount. They just sent me to their financial site that I did not get approved for. On February 19th, They sent me a message stating the vehicle is complete and ready for pick up. With pictures of my car, it look fine. I contacted them about not knowing how I'll be able to pay them at the moment because of my financial situation. But they still had NO heart, to not even give me a few days to come up with the money. He said I can take all the time i need but they'll still charge me 180$ each day that the car is there. Or to surrender my car title to them. So feeling pressured. I had no other choice but to borrow money and max out all 3 of my credit cards and my debit card. On Feb 20th, I went to the shop to pay the remaining balance of $3,900 before they started charging me more for not picking it up. I was not able to see my car in person nor was taken to see it prior to making the payment. At this moment, they had asked for my ID and proceeded to take pictures and copies of my cards and ID (Which I was later told by my bank they are NOT supposed to do that!) It was only until after my payments were made was I taken to see my vehicle and see the work that was done. It was nothing like what I expected. I felt tricked with the images they sent me. I was very disappointed and upset. Had I known the true result I would've never had paid them. The hood and fenders aren't aligned as they should be, with big gaps. The radiator that was charged as New was a used one painted. The bumper, has multiple big cracks, punctured holes, the corner by the headlight is all curved up, sticking out. I expressed my disappointment to them. I had to still remove my vehicle from there to avoid getting charged, even though i was not happy with their service. The next days I went back to discuss with them about the issue, but kept getting the same result. That they can't do anything about it, and basically telling me If i wanted the job well done i would need to pay more money. Knowing that this already costed me almost 6k$, only to get it handed to me like this. They did not want to offer me any refund or solution that would leave me satisfied with the service. They said the bumper that was ordered was giving them many problems, and was not made right. Yet they NEVER contacted me nor the company about it. Instead they still painted and put it on which now the company can't send a replacement due to their carelessness. After my call with the owner, never got this mess resolved. They got their money and that's all

The people and this place is so dishonest, disrespectful, and careless. They only care about getting your money and filling their pockets to make their lives more glorious. Don't get fooled!!

My car was towed to Aim collision center on 8/26/2023. They completed an estimate and submitted it to my insurance company. My first initial payment to them was on 10/02 of 14,343.44. They were paid an additional 2604.63. After several supplements including one for 9k + the adjuster came out on 10/18 and deemed the car a total loss. Per the adjuster notes there was no work done to the vehicle. I contacted Oscar and Brandon and explained that I want them to be paid for the work and time they have completed and we would need an itemized list of the work done as well as the parts purchased. If parts were purchased we would need those back or the money back as we cannot pay for parts and allow them to keep them. He instructed me he would send the parts with the car when they came to tow it. When the tow came to pick up my vehicle on 11/1/2023. The driver called the salvage yard and explained that Oscar would not release the parts and wanted another flatbed to come back for the larger parts. I called Oscar the next day to check on the parts to my car and he instructed me he sent them with RG express. I have reached out to RG EXPRESS and they stated they never sent a truck to pick up parts as State Farm would've needed to sign off on that for them to be paid. He also told me he spoke with Oscar and told him to show the camera footage where they picked up the parts and was unsuccessful. The manager at RG express explained to me their process for picking up loads and that they never went to get the parts. Oscar has a dvr camera system in his shop and should be able to prove the parts were picked up. I explained to Oscar that he is liable for the parts being that they were last in his possession and out of the 17k we've already paid, 10k of that is for parts that we do not have. If he can help me locate the parts I will stand behind him and his shop 100% because I chose them. I Could've went anywhere but I wanted to work with them because they seemed to be honest people and no way do I want to bash a company as I am a business owner myself. I cannot allow them to steal my money. I don't have a car at all and I paid 17k for repairs that I didn't receive as well as parts I have no clue where they are. So I am out of money as well. Oscar since then has not located the parts or helped me figure out where they can be. All I asked for is help with this. Help me make sense of all of this. He has not refunded any money for work not completed on my vehicle. My car looks the exact same as it was when we dropped it off. There wasn't any work done to my car nor do I have the parts he purchased with the 17k I provided. Oscar informed me the smaller parts were in the trunk. The manager at copart checked the trunk as well as I drove to the salvage yard to personally check myself. Per the pics you can see my car at the scene of the accident 8/24/2023, the car in the shop on 10/18/2023, when the adjuster arrived and my car at the salvage yard yesterday 11/14/2023.

I have taken my cars to AIM for 4 years now and they do a great job. Most shops can’t match texture and color of a factory paint job but the AIM team has it down. They are also professional and very easy to deal with for those that hate repair shops. I highly recommend them.Services: Painting

If I could give zero, I would give zero. They told us a wrong price just to get the work and told us three days to get the car back. It took more than two months and even if they have been us every week for two months because we were asking us an update, when we had to pay they didn’t tell me they wanted cash. I took a PTO from work, went there, waited for 20 minutes. And just then I found out they only wanted cash. I told them they know me and I would bring them the money the day after, but they didn’t accept. I told them to let me bring the money at home (I live 5 minutes by walk from they), but they told me it was already 4.22 pm and they close at 4.30 so I would be 2 minutes late. Also, we spent 8.000$ and it rains inside the car!!!! The worst experience I have ever had, from the professional to the human point of view!!!!
