Cesar Ortega was the sale person who assisted me with my first buy of my car. 1year ago. Then, I returned to refinance my car and he walked me through all the steps very professionally. Got me a great deal to join the Nissan Family. Would come back for another car.

Friendly staff and great customer service! Alexis Saldana is a very efficient, respectful, and great salesman. Did not feel pressure at all. I am a picky person and he helped me throughout the entire process. Very patient with me. I would highly recommend his services at AI Piemonte Nissan.

Took car in for repair and staff was friendly, informative and polite. Daniel M. was helpful and kept me informed. Something was wrong with transmission and they tried to fix a part which did not fix the issue so then replace it because under warranty. They gave me a courtesy car while being fixed . Also very clean waiting room and provided water, tea, and coffees! Would have given 5 stars if they give me the new transmission first time, I understand reasoning but it did I convince me! I am sorry we did not get our used car here!

An update to this review. Had an issue with their service department concerning pricing and complained afterward. Very promptly, and even on a weekend, I was contacted and assured that my issue was an isolated incident and not at all representative of what is a much more personal and discerning process. They resolved the pricing issue by essentially issuing a refund. I very much appreciate them reaching out and responding to feedback - certainly will return.

I took my vehicle for tints. Juan explained everything regarding pricing and the difference in tint shade. My vehicle was completed within the time frame he mentioned and was detailed, which I was not expecting. I've dealt with Juan before for maintenance on my vehicle, and he's very straightforward. If you want great service, ask for Juan B. in service!

I am not sure what happened to this service department. I have been a customer for about 6 years. Service was great in the beginning but the last few repairs needed a return visit. I do not feel comfortable having my car repaired here anymore. In my opinion the prices are extremely high for workmanship that is not worth the extra cost.

EV drivers stay away - they lock their fast charger and act oblivious to anything remotely EV related including charger. Terrible customer service.

First before I start saying what needs to be said just want to make it clear this survey is only for the service department. Sales has been great from the beginning. With that being said Oscar and Angel that call themselves a service manager is absolutely the worst people I’ve met. I purchased a brand new 2022 Nissan Rogue platinum, and have had this in to service 3 times since February of this year. I’ve had 3 times where I have water coming into my car, and the treatment that I receive from these horrible people is crazy. All I can say is heartless. If you want to have a bad experience go to this service department, but if you want to have no stress stay far away from this location at all cost.

Leaving another review to boost views. This is one of the most dishonest and unreliable dealerships I've ever dealt with. After blatantly selling me a car that had major problems that they failed to disclose, they refused to take accountability and even refused to speak to me after I mentioned the possibility of seeking legal action. Absurd treatment of customers from a horrendous group of leeches.
