Went there once for a rim for my Dodge Challenger. They ordered wrong rim. Ended up looking around for identical rim for vehicle. Ended up coming back to them. They ordered the rim, said it was identical. I came in They put the rim on . Still wrong rim. Not identical to the ones on my vehicle. Charged me 400 plus dollars. Had me sitting there waiting thinking they got it right this time!!! Truly disappointed and missed off!!! I will never in my life come to any belle tires for any service. Mad as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@

The store manager said it would take an hour and a half. For alignment I left my car and came back after 2 hours. and they were barely getting it in. I told him that I had to go that he should give me the car as it was. and he told me it would only take 20 minutes. I wonder. Yes, it takes 20 minutes to do an alignment and there were only 2 people before me. because after 2 hours the car was not ready. I think they should go back to school.

Liars, not trust worthy!
Took my car to get patched where there was a nail and was told I couldn’t get it patched because the nail was too close and he recommended I get 3 tires.😒😭 I took it to discount tires, and was able to get it patched, I was told that the location of nail was an easy patch and now I have it as a spare (bought 4 NEW TIRES at Discount tire) needless to say, he was just trying to make a sale, LIARS!!!!
Take your business to Discount Tires on La Grange Road, they’re reliable and most importantly TRUST WORTHY!

Dropped my truck off in the morning for tire swap and alignment and the guys there did a great job. My truck runs smooth and with no issues. Jim at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Will be coming back for future services.

Walked in on a Saturday morning, no appointment or call in advance. They said there were some people in front of me and it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait. I grumbled and sat down. The manager called my name after about 30 min and said I was done. Fast service and quality workmanship. Good job Belle Tire.

I came and purchased 2 tires. James was very patient.,even though they were extremely, he took the time to answer all of my questions. His customer service is unmatched.
I wish all companies take a page out of book.
Thanks James for making everyone feel special.
I watched how he treated everyone with class.
In addition, I returned Saturday to get my alignment done and lower control arm replaced, again I experienced the same genuine heartfelt and heartwarm customer service from Mr. James Joy.
While waiting, I met some great people and had great conversations.
I will be bringing my other vehicle here to be serviced.
Belle Tire in Melrose Park gets my business from now on.

JAMES JOY Manager of BELLE TIRE in North Ave. Melrose Park, IL...THANK YOU!!
BEWARE!!...beware of aluminum or metal tire cap cover...I learned my lesson in a hard way but Belle Tire of North Ave. made it easy specially the manager James Joy, he helped me a lot and didn't charge me of anything. I tried all the Youtube DIYs videos but it didn't help. I even brought it to my dealer but they will charge me for $890 for tire sensor replacement for all 4 tires just incase it breaks. I also tried to bring it to one of the commercial tire shop in the neighborhood but they are not helpful and will be charging me upfront. Then I brought to Belle Tire, which James explained to me the situation and my options. I will not be charge of any amount if the sensor will not be replace and they will try to save it but worst comes to worst I'll be charge $80/tire if it needs to be replace. That is $890 vs $320 which is a no brainer, after 45 mins. they managed to save the sensors and they did't charge me of anything or any amount. I felt bad that they did the man hours without charging me of anything. James said, that I live along the neighborhood, they're not going to charge me of anything but if ever I need any tire sevice, I can bring it to them and they'll be happy to assist me. Well, Belle Tire you definitely earned my business and will definitely tell it to my friends and family!! Thank you guys!!

Awesome experience buying new tires here. Jim and Jesus were on it and really knew their products. Left with top of the line Michelin tires thanks to rebates. They even gave a healthcare discount for being a nurse. We will always come here now! Thanks again for top notch service 👌

My (17 year old) son’s brakes failed while he was driving from Indiana to his dad’s in Chicago. We use Belle Tire in Indianapolis so I immediately had it towed to the nearest Belle Tire late Friday for them to inspect on Saturday. James and his staff worked diligently ALL DAY to try to get the brakes figured out so my son could drive home Sunday. James was so sad when he informed me late Saturday that the brakes were still squishy. He even told me he wasn’t going to let my son drive it without it being 100%. My son Stayed an extra day (today) missed a day of school, so they could finish the job. They did a great job and I’m so glad their customer service is what I hoped it would be, since the Belle Tire I go to in Indy has exceptional customer service. James kept in constant communication with me all day on Saturday, even apologizing multiple times that they couldn’t figure it out. Turns out it was a faulty master cylinder and James went out of his way to get one from the nearest Subaru to install today. Thank you Belle Tire! Give James a raise, and you will have my business forever.
