Went in to get my own account cuase I was using my brother account but was refused service from female with rash on her face told me since I had a phone under my brother name I could receive a free phone on them and would not allow me to open a new account on my name so I switched to T mobile keep your phone and your attitude pretty soon yous will be closed down due to rude and

Everytime I go here it's a different employee but they all have the same bad attitude like you bothering them from doing nothing. Worst customer service. UPDATE after dealing with her for a few minutes she told me to wait while she deals with a customer who just walked in, she took their payment they left and without looking at the screen or anything said she can't help me. She had me wait for absolutely nothing. Will never go back to this location again

Changed service from Boost one time for a new service an phone an it wasn't like Boost service so I came back an I want change from u guys anymore...I love the friendliness from Boost workers... George and Alicia from Northlake Illinois Boost store and mostly all the Boost customer service is very friendly and polite and very courtesy and the service is A +Thank u Boost Mobile GOD BLESS?????????

Thursday I went in to switch from one carrier to boost. Not one but 3 lines. Unfortunately because an error I made with one of the phone numbers the transition did not go as smooth for one of the lines. All I want to say thank goodness Sandra was working that evening. She absolutely did everything she could and was determined to help me switch over the All the lines. All while multitasking and helping other customers. It says alot when she even stayed passed her shift and closing time. Not once did she act irritated at all at the situation. Again thank you Sandra! I left a very happy customer that evening.5 stars for her excellent customer service and kindness.

I got a new phone , went in on a evening . Not sure what the girls name was . But store on north ave & 25th . Had to get manager to bring phone from grand ave . The girl was so nice. store closes @ 8:00 & she stayed and helped me with my phone . I complemented her to her manager . Definitely very good customer service ?

This is the worst boost mobile store I've ever visited. There is one employee there and she is not interested in helping. She has a bad attitude and now I might change my service based on this experience.
