We came to watch coolie but the sound system of this theatre is very poor, every screen quality is very low, The seats are very small and uncomfortable, sitting in those seats for long time made my legs cramps.

I’ve been coming to this theater since it opened in Melrose Park in 2018. Lately, however, customer service has really declined. My advice: always ask for your receipt when ordering. They may insist they gave you everything, even when you know you didn’t get what you paid for. Having your receipt in hand is the best way to prove them wrong.

They have mice. Seen a white mouse running underneath my seat while watching previews for our movie tonight. Ran out of there. Employee gave zero Fs when I told her she sent me off to let the ppl in front know. No thx we just left✌🏽

What I love about this theater is they serve Pizza Hut small pizzas, Cinemark’s XD, the old photos hanged up on the walls and D-Box. Although last time I went my D-Box seat was broken so hopefully that’s not a problem with any no more. But they gave me a rain check pass which I got a D-Box seat for free and the seat worked.

Saw Jurassic Park in Theater 6 at 4:20pm Tuesday. Seat D13 did not recline. So had to ask the ticket concierge to change my seat. Cool. The D-Box is not worth the extra $. Very comfy but meh.
Concessions were great.
Please fix the women's bathroom stall doors. One stall didn't even have a door. The other ones were super hard to open all the way.
Felt like an old theater.
Side note: my dad uses a walker so thank you for all the accessible parking.
Am going to try another Cinemark in the burbs.

Very Convenient location. Prices reflect the latest inflation rates. The theater is family-friendly with large screens and offers Standard, Dbox, 3D Dbox, and 3D Dbox XD. Polite and helpful staff. Lots of movie patrons came to see the latest release, so the theater was busy, but not packed.

I just want to ask why do they offer special seating for people with disabilities, if they let people without disabilities get the seats when more seating is available. I was kicked out of a seat with an special need child for them to seat regular people. I think this is very wrong.
