Who doesn't love Costco? Trader Joe's will always be my fav store but Costco comes in as a close second. This Costco is a goodie! The store is HUGE (like usual) with tonsssss of parking outside. It's clean inside and has a plethora of options from clothing to food to seasonal decor to electronics to appliances to way more. I absolutely love Kirkland products and get a ton of them when I'm here. The samples and food court are obviously the best parts of a Costco run ;) My favorite products from Costco: street corn dip, Kirkland individual hummuses, buffalo chicken dip, their frozen 6.5lb chicken breast, their 100 calorie Healthy Choice fudge bars, and basically all of their catered options like their mini cut wraps, salads, and sandwiches. My favorite thing at the food court is their chocolate swirl or strawberry swirl ice cream. I loveeeee their pizza, too! The prices here for everything are unbeatable. This Costco is location is probably the busiest I've ever been to. The parking lot can get crazy and the checkout lines can get long, too. The gas lines outside are the longest most hectic thing ever, but it's worth the wait for the cheaper gas. Overall I will always love Costco and this is a good location!

Love Costco. We've been members since they first came to Schaumburg Illinois in November 1998. We've been coming to this location since they opened in November 2010. Costco has 852 locations worldwide. 9.22.23

The other day I encountered fradulent misrepresentation at this location. If that wasn't enough I had to stand through a forced sales pitch for an individual costco membership even though my family has an executive membership evidenced by a card I WAS HOLDING IN MY HAND. Specifically, even though my family has an executive membership, which covers everyone at the address, two employees indicated this was not the case and that the executive membership is only available to individuals assigned cards in their name. They fradulent misrepresented their own product, which they should know, and their own policy, which they should also know, to sell me a duplicate membership. The executive membership covers the whole household. Everyone with the address. According to their own policy. Omg, did I just do your job for you?! I aint gettin paid tho

This location gets very busy, especially on a Saturday afternoon, like today. Deals aren't the greatest lately. Customer service lacks. Long lines at the gas station, but to be expected at this time. Overall, I wish there were more choices in the chicago area.

Favorite Costco near me. Their gas prices seem to be lower than any other Costco's in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and seem happy to be doing their jobs.

Tire station is bad . You make appointment for just one tire and wait 2 hr, the guy just hang around car I can believe it I will newer come back here

Fing aye, I love CC. Make it here at least 2-3 times a year, maybe less! I like this location best along with the Niles location. The layout is relatively easy. We stan! Okay so, that apparently was my initial review from (?) long ago. I still agree with the old me. I feel like those insurance commercials where I'm becoming my parents buying mostly Kirkland brand (gasp) Here I am adulthood, with my own card and everything (gasp). With inflation, it's just the best bang for your buck with large quantities and decent clothing selections too! You really can't go wrong. Let's not even mention the gas prices-heaven sent

I love the Costco! I can't seem to leave with out spending over 200 but- still I love it! This Costco has a great parking lot and awesome inventory that refreshes weekly- I always get croissants, ground turkey, some kind of bulk snack cheese, their goat cheese- greenies, bird seed- chicken! Berries! Snackies! Their customer service desk leaves something to be desired for- they are not the friendliest but- the store is thumbs up!

I had to mark this Costco down to a three... a seemingly passive aggressive red headed food court guy called me "ma'am" at least twenty times in the course of denying me a chocolate/strawberry sundae (I asked once) and preparing a chocolate sundae for me that was oozing sauce. It took him almost a minute (while I tried to get under my mask to lick the sauce off my fingers as I wiped it off the cup) to ask me if I needed a napkin. His reason for not doing the sundae? "I don't wanna get in trouble."

Pharmacy SUCKS!!!!!!!!! Store is great minus pharmacy staff So glad this isn't my regular Costco store or pharmacy. I will avoid this pharmacy at ALL cost.

Costco is letting people come into this store and remove their masks thus breaking the law and endangering people`s health. I talked to a manager and he misinterpreted the law to me . A great representative of Costco management.

Costco is the great place to buy foods and snacks, either for daily needs or in a bulk. They have so many great selection of foods, from chicken, pork, beef, bread, dairies, veggies, fruits, end etc. All of their produce are always new and fresh and all of it has a reasonable and fair prices. This store should be our main grocery, especially for those have a big family. This Costco can help us to save a lot compared when we are going to shop at other stores around. Costco has decent employees, all of them are so professional, nice, friendly, and all of them are knowledgeable with each of every items they are selling. Really love shopping here, can find essentials things and buy it in bulk. Better to go there early to avoid really long lines. So you can also spend more time to look around and appreciate how this store is so wonderful. All of their produce and items are worth the cost. Highly recommend this store, will definitely go back here again and shop more of their items. Great customer service! Keep it up. Thank you Costco!
