Joseph P. was extremely helpful loading a lounge chair into the back of my van. Bulky and heavy. But he was friendly, cheerful, willing and able. I love Costco and the folks who work there, like Joseph.

Costco is a reputable establishment known for its bulk shopping options. While we appreciate the opportunity to shop there, we have encountered some difficulties with the food court service. On multiple occasions, we have placed orders that were never delivered, despite being informed that our number had been called. Initially, we were understanding, but upon closer observation, we realized that our number had not been called at all. It is concerning that the staff would assert otherwise. We hope that Costco will take steps to improve its customer service in this regard.

Costco outta pocket…I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating that in my home with the blinds closed..I damn sure wouldn’t in public. Low key I slobbered that thing down without chewing once I got home.

We go to Costco alot but this time was just horrible how the employee named Efren yelled at my daughters when they were in line waiting to play. It'd just simply unprofessional and rude. Then talked to someone jn customer service snd they stated that he does that quite often and gets away with it every single time. Hope someone does something about this because he just seemed like he didn't care about anything besides just finishing his jobs and getting out of there.

Love the selection and deals, some things are still pricey but it's all good, can be packed and full of rude customer. But ya cannot go wrong with a good ole chicken bake!!! Definitely will continue coming to shop.
