JOSE O is a bhole! He overcharged me because he didn't have change to give me and when I went to my car to get 3 dollars he said he couldn't do anything because he closed the register. And he kicked us out.. thats no way to treat your customers and he should be responsible and have enough change to give back... really bad customer service from that Person.

Shady and dirty store methods. Sam does anything to get what he wants. Staff and management is always changing because of toxic work environment. Avoid this cricket and go literally ANYWHERE else! Save your money and time ppl

Terrible customer service. Have been a cricket customer for way over 20+ years. Young lady refuse to give me her name. Was aggravated by me because I interrupt her phone call. After I questioned her about the charges she ask me to leave and even call the police on me. Will never go to this store agai and will be calling corporate.

The person didn't help us at all, we took 2 lines, but he didn't explain, nor did he help change the accounts or anything, just because he had already contracted the service, but whoever originally answered had to leave and the colleague was paid for not work...I will cancel the service apart from that the internet does not work well

Oscar & Jose were very nice.Answered every question I had.Great promotion on the exact phone that I wanted.(With the promotion (even saved $10.00 by signing up for auto pay) I wish I could rate 100 stars.I was treated like a valued customer.

I’ve been coming to this location since I started with Cricket. Always have been treated great and getting good deals. Shout to my boy Justin the manager, he got me in there last Friday and I walked out happy and satisfied. The man has determination to get you apart of the Cricket team if you trying to switch over or upgrade. So if you want good deals, customer service, join the cricket family go visit him. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Justin!

Laid me off for knowing to much of all the illegal stuff that goes on there they had no reason only thing they said was I didn’t know Spanish they do illegal stuff here I can vouch for it they had me rip people off to make more money boss owner name is Sam he is a scammer they take ppl upgs from other accounts in order to keep selling there phones

Came back to return a phone that I changed my mind on and the store manager Natalie was fantastic. She explained everything well enough and helped undo our previous Progressive lease so that I could buy another phone in full. It took a little while but she was a delight to talk to so we didn't mind waiting.will recommend this location in the future

They helped me out with everything I needed! Leslie did such an AMAZING job!! Get your phones from her. Shes also bilingual which helped explaining to my mother how to work the phone. I always come here for my screen protectors and dont over charge you.

Costumer care was great they helped me out buying a new iPhone 12 . They even transfer my stuff over to the new phone . This store is a must stop by !
