TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! NEVER. COMING HERE AGAIN. When me and my husband first came there, the gentleman was trying to charge us to patch the tire when they are known for complementary patching. The tire for free. That was my first problem. I was told that it was going to be done the same day and then I was going to get a call shortly. I did not get a call till the next day. When my husband went to go pick up the tire, they gave us the wrong boat to put the tire back. My husband was gonna put on the tire took the entire. It was the wrong boat. I warn you don’t trust these people. I came back to get the boat. I was told that I had to wait in line after you guys Messed up the first time. Such an inconvenience and such a waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone coming here. Poorly managed

The low tire pressure light came on in my car. I stopped by to get it checked. The serviceman was very helpful. My tires were checked without any cost to me. However I did tip the gentleman.

One of the best tire shops I have used. I love cars, drive alot and buy a set of tires for something almost every year. This shop stands out. They are very busy and its because they are very good. When they answer the phone or talk to you, they pay attention, care, and get it right. Appointment was on time and car was ready earlier than promised. Highly recommend.

I had a absolutely pleasant experience at this establishment.
They were friendly when greeting me walking in the door.
Love the way you can go online,choose the your tires,make purchase and set an appointment to come in for installment.
It was a very smooth visit,I will definitely come back for any tire service and definitely recommend a friend or family member.

I love this location! All of the employees have a great attitude are super helpful and are never pushy for you to get certain tires. I’ve been to other places (DT) where the employees were not friendly. This location, the employees are by far the best! Thank you to all the employees who helped me with answering questions on specific tire types and doing a great job. Superb customer service! 👏👏👏

This place is a scam!
I’ve gone to discount tire for 23 years and this place is now a scam.
I was the first person in the door and they said it would be a minimum of a 6hr wait for my tires to be rotated. There were no cars in the bay and only 2 other people that arrived after me. This was the 2nd time I’ve been there and been quoted that amount of time.
The warranty they offer is worthless if you can’t get your vehicle in to be serviced.
Save time and money, find a someplace other than here that wants your business and go there.
I drive a GMC Acadia, a Mercedes, and a Dodge Viper… I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

"It's a day long process" he says about swapping axles. No additional services. On the lift, shuffle the wheels around, twenty bolts, and an all day process.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire! I made a last-minute appointment to get my own tires installed and mounted on my Lexus. Even with a dozen other customers, the staff got everyone in and out in about an hour and a half.
The team was working so hard, especially considering it was 25 degrees outside with open bays and strong winds. I really respect how dedicated they were.
Their pricing was also the best I found. Other places I called were charging almost double since I didn’t buy the tires from them. Discount Tire gave me a fair price and great service.
At the end, Richard, the manager, went over everything they did, even telling me the exact PSI they filled my tires to. He was super friendly and had a great attitude.
I’m happy to say I’ve found my new tire shop!

INCREDIBLE service! Especially during such a busy holiday weekend, Jordan and Robert were awesome to work with. They raised any concerns with our car, and helped us out with our lug nuts/making sure we were in the loop on what was going on. The best location in the Chicago area, will definitely be coming back to this one! Could not recommend more!
