Wish I could leave 0 stars. Rude, horrible customer service from Alexis, who claims she is a manager, and Ben. Alexis was more worried about leaving than finishing up ringing customers who were already waiting in her line. She never mentioned, until she decided to walk away while the last 2 people who were already in her line were at the register that she was closed. She flat out refused to ring them up and told them they would have to go wait in the other longer line. The 2 people were standing at the end of her line, with a total of 5 people and she said absolutely nothing about being closed. She just walked away, got her stuff and came back telling them to get into another line. Was very dismissive, called Ben, then walked out of the store. Ben did nothing to accommodate the last 2 customers. Just told them to get in a longer line. He wanted to review the video. Shame how managers deal with customers who are spending their money. I will never spend another $1.25 in this location.

Ok so a few years ago i left an unsatisfactory review. Things have definitely changed for the better. Must be new management plus new employees eho are a hell of a lot better than years ago. The store is cleaner and more respect all around. Im happy with the positive changes. Keep it going

I will not go in this store anymore because the black cashier with the long fake eyelashes needs to be trained on how to treat customers I do not think she like her job .

It's a decent location, usually really really busy. But friendly staff. And just like all the other locations their stock can be really low but when they get items in it's neatly stocked!

The manager Ben is very rude ! Bad customer service . Never stocked up and or have helium and the other lady blows up any balloon without really knowing what will really sell which leaves No helium for the ones that need it when a customer does want to purchase .

The staff at this store is simply Excellent and very professional very knowledgeable and very friendly. The manager certainly put together a great team.
