I am a courier and I tried having a coworker cancel an order here and resend it to a different FedEx. Jose scared her into thinking that another location would not be able to handle an order of 20 flyers and have it done today, so she's leaving it there. ( Please don't act like another FedEx wouldn't have a 20 flyer job done in more than 10 minutes!) Thanks for making my job more difficult Jose!

I don’t know what the issue was with the lady working there today but she did not greet anyone who came in. Had zero personality and was very dry and uninterested in her job. She had a very mean look and seemed annoyed. Others also noticed so I know I wasn’t the only one. I came to drop off a prepaid package which they had no slips for . Will never return to this location . Go to the location in Elmhurst guys !!

I've visited the location in Melrose Park. I explained to the 'manager' Sarah the situation I was having with printing and she was not helpful. Wasn't inviting or empathetic. I've been coming here for years and this is the first time not being satisfied with the customer service. I'm shocked she's a manager. I truly don't recommend this location.

Place pretty dirty, empty and a little messy, customer service is poor, lacking energy and enthusiasm of providing service and guidance. USPS does a better job and is cleaner sad to say. Not all FedEx stores are the same when dealing with staff members. 2/5 star rating. This store can use a lot of improvement on customer experience

Wonderful service by Tatiana (printing my invitation)!She answered all my questions helped placing order , developed my product, cut it, called me to let me know my order was ready for pickup before promised time!
Great service while multitasking other walk in customers in very busy late afternoon hours!Thank you Tatiana!

I was at the Melrose Park IL location about week ago and Steve The Manager was there by himself and he was extremely helpful and friendly and patient. I was there when they opened the door because I am not computer savvy at all and unfortunately need help when I go there and he has no problem at all helping me. And the 6 other customers behind me.
