If you want bad service and like wasting your time this location is for you, but if you want to withdraw money or need help avoid this location.

The worst service I have ever had by far and away at a 5/3 location. I would give zero stars if possible. I say drive to the oak park or river forest locations, this location of north ave in Melrose park almost made me want to close all of my accounts.

I rarely need to go inside but every time I have, the service is excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
