I was there just (2 days) after the name change and it was packed that day (took 3 hours to get an answer)- but today the internal traffic was back to normal (10 AM on a Saturday morning and about 4 or 5 patrons with about 3 or 4 clerks handling them) although from what I overheard- the phone lines are still pretty backed up. This, too, shall pass.

I never had any issue with FirstMidwest bank,But with the new bank is been a nightmare.$180 dollars overdraft suddenly in 2 days is not a good sign.

FMB was super good never had a problem once they merge with old national bank everything is mess up..did not receive my new card on mail and when i call them over an hour on the phone with them without a answer!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I have been a customer for over 10 years at Fist Midwest once the merger took place became a nightmare no place to get help for Business Customers. Old National loose my business today and pretty sure more to follow..

Bye far the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. The Branch Manager's professionalism is also the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. He left me and my daughter's sitting in there waiting for over an hour while they took other customers before taking care of us. FIFO still applies. He didn't even follow up with me regarding our Account. Very Racist Actions. ??
