I bought online a Nike jacket size L it didn't fit my son. I went to Melrose Park kids Foot Locker and spoke with Vanessa B and Brittany they gave me many options how to exchange the jacket. The best one for me was to reorder it. Wow. Thank you. From now on I am only going to Melrose Park. I thought I had to do extra driving or mail it. Saved me money and time. Love it. Also I asked about the dunk gym shoes also told me where I can go and buy it or order it with them and have it sent to my house or them. Thank you so much for being friendly and informative ?.

They never answer the phone ! I repeatedly called them and I just end up going to another footlocker even tho this one is by my house

I went to exchange some shoes I got for my daughter at a different location, and I was able to not only do that but get her some sandals as well. They didn't have her size, but I was able to pay for them there after he looked up the places that did. Overall really great service.

I called to check on some vapormax availability and some kid answers the phone without an introduction like if it's his personal cell. I didn't know if I was calling footlocker or some kid on accident. Then! The kid puts me on hold for 5mins and then! They put the line on busy so now no one can call them. This footlocker needs better customer service, they need a class on how to answer phones.

I haven't stepped inside the store. I did make a call on December 7 inquiring about the Jordan 11 which will be released on December 8. The person that answered was rude and very short with me on the phone. Hey Footlocker, are you guys now hiring McDonald's rejects?

Adrienne J. Had very POOR customer service! I came in to return a pair of shoes that I purchased for my daughter. A pair of basketball shoes, to be specific. She tried on at store, I told her to run around the store to essure they were comfortable. In deed they were. A few days pass and she decides not to proceed to play the sport. Shoes were only worn in store. Smelled new, looked new but of course the bottom were a bit dirty. She wore them and tired them on at the store for a while. Basketball shoes aren’t cheap and wanted to make sure they were the right pair. Maybe Next time don’t allow your customers to try them out in the matter as we did or better yet clean your floors. I had to ask Adrienne questions more then once for her to reply ( regarding prices of shoes). She then proceeded to roll her eyes after answering . I didn’t get a full return but a store exchange I never complained about not get my money back and proceeded with the store exchange. I asked for her name and on my way out I asked for her co-workers name as well. She started to yell across the store saying ,” and who are you! I told you my name! BYEEE”. While other customers turned around and witnessed everything happening. All the other employees are nothing compared to her. What an embrassment for me and for the company. A KIDS footlocker is suppose to be a family oriented store what a show for the kids!

Bought some air max bubble popped in 5 days lost trust in this shoe wanted something else but had to get the same pair shipped to my house, never have my size in stock rude employee with short stiff answers doesn't look you in the eye will never return

I stopped by here on 7/26 after being told by an employee the store was open until 8pm when I phoned in earlier in the day. Get your hours straight, you are open until 7pm on Sat. Waste of a trip.
