I went in for a wheel alignment and I had an overall great experience. The customer service for fantastic, the owner and staff was very much informative and knowledgeable and made sure they take good care of you. They also have payment plan options available. I will definitely be back for other car maintenance

I have never been to Illinois. I know no one there but Hagens Auto saved me from purchasing a car out of state , that would have given me a few problems as a student getting her first ever car. Customer service is top notch, very patient, reliable and HONEST!! Affordable service too
