This was my first time visiting this Jiffy Lube. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean. They got me in and out in no time. I will definitely visit this location again. Great service

Took my truck in for an oil change today. If I'm not mistaken jiffy lube is known for their quick service more specifically theirs oil changes. It's part of their marketing is it not? I pull up at this location at 6:36pm and as soon as one of the guys with long hair looks up at me he starts nodding no at me. He comes up and says they close at 7pm and that he cannot offer me service because my shield is too big and would take too long to drain. I leave this location and go to the location in Oak Park on North Ave. I arrive at this location at 6:49pm and without hesitation they come up to me ask me what I need and after I say oil change he says of course no problem and services my truck. Melrose location is obviously filled with lazy employees that are worried about taking too long to do a job and not closing right on time versus customer service.
**Update: I received a response from Jiffy Lube in Melrose Park asking me to send and email with my contact info to further discuss my complaint. I sent that email 3 weeks ago and still no response. Good job Jiffy Lube. ?
