Mel's Car Care Center is a trusted and honest auto repair shop. Customers have been coming for decades, since its earlier days, and it is their go-to mechanic. The mechanics are wonderful, awesome, and great. They stand by their work, explain what they are doing, and charge what they say. They are polite, provide very good service, and treat customers like family. Even when very busy, they work to find appointments and take care of clients. For both big and small issues, from brakes to heating and cooling, this is the place to go.
Been going here since I moved to Northlake in 95. The only place I ever go for any AC, radiator, and coolant work. The absolute best around. Always honest and upfront. Non of that book crap. Thanks for taking care of me and my family.
