This Menards has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees all act like they don’t want to be there which I can only believe is an attitude that stems from management. I don’t even know why they advertise that they fill propane because every time I come here the machine is either broke or you wait at least 30 minutes for someone to come out and service you.

Its a huge place with all-the-things. I go, get what I need, and leave. Better than home depot for most things.

Very bad customer service. Store be managed for young people trying to tell you how to to do run your construction job if they have zero experience on the field.

Today was the worst experience with the manager JOSE IN charge to the wood panels or this area I was picked up the first 12 panels really good but they open a second panel and was really bad with mold and I asked to open a new one he don't want because he said is impossible to have two packages of panels open so I said I Pay for good stuff and just you are so picky and if you don't want like that ask for a refund, looks like you have to buy the products like they, that's really disappointing 00000 for them!!!😡👎👎👎 o btw he said somebody else is going to take it!!
