Don’t trust these locations. My battery was giving me issues so I want to head in and swap it under warranty. Called ahead of time as I was paying for an Uber there & back. They confirmed they had it but once I arrived they didn’t. Then I had that location call this North Ave location to double check before I Uber once again, & they confirmed. When I arrived I wasn’t even greeted, the guy came out & saw me hold a battery and told me it be 1.5+ hours. I said well I just had someone call over I’m just swapping bc last location doesn’t have it in stock. He said nope we don’t do it like that here we have to charge it and test it. Which if that’s the protocol cool but why was that not said on the phone or at the other location? I ended up waiting over 2 hours in some random area I don’t know, waiting for my battery to charge, because I had already wasted all this money on Ubers, so I wasn’t just going home empty handed. The guy was also very rude about it all. All for some carelessness bc they could easily just checked and said so on the phone as I stressed I was taking and Uber.

Came here for a headlight bulb which turned out to be a little more complicated than I thought but your employee Tim was extremely helpful and provided me great information. He took the time to help me find the right bulb and what I needed instead of rushing me to purchase the first thing that popped up. I am very impressed by his outstanding customer service.

Just wow. Cold and grey Monday morning. Worked all snowy weekend while my wipers failed and wiper fluid ran out. Larry was fantastic. He showed me how to make sure the parts I was buying were the right ones for my car, talked me through my options, made sure I was comfortable with what I was purchasing and even installed the new front and rear wipers and filled up the fluid. As a full time working mom, I drive a lot and try my best to keep my car safe. But there's lots I don't know. Larry really took care of me today and I was very grateful.

Fix your customer service at location. They have such a attitude over the phone calling in parts prices or walking in person. If workers don't like working for the store quit the job. This isn't the first time dealing with this issue in Melrose Park, Il. My shop is closing account with O'reillys due to service and attitudes.

Julissa’s customer service skills are excellent especially under pressure. I went in to buy a battery, which wasn’t in stock and Julissa went above and beyond to look it up in the system and in the back as well. The line of customers was long because she was working by herself. Everyone was pleasant while waiting due to how hardworking and efficient Julissa was. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts.

walked in to exchange oil filter cuz they had pulled the wrong 1 first of all. Then Dude Name SAMMUEL was tryn to sell me a wix due to them not having microguard in correct part # then left to washroom other guy helpd me said they got 2 in stock, WOW idk y sammuel was so lazy to exchange me the correct one if u dont wanna work dont show up simple..
