The new manager that was just transferred to this branch is totally useless. The tellers are more educated than he is.

Terrible customer service. The ladies at the front desks were more interested in gossiping with each-other than helping the customers waiting in line. They sighed and rolled their eyes anytime a customer made a minor request. Apparently, customers asking for their receipt after a withdrawal is a huge burden and a difficult task for these employees to complete. Been banking at PNC for a while, but I will never return to this location again.

I had such a positive experience with this bank. I went in to see what options they had for me in terms of opening an account. Stephanie was the best! I recommend working with her because she is kind, patient, and considerate with her clients. I 10/10 recommend going to Stephanie for help with anything you need.

I have been banking with PNC for over 20 years. I was so happy when they opened this branch in Melrose Park. I want to give a shout out to one of the employees, Rosie. She is always courteous and helpful anytime I have needed service. She is a true asset to your company. Her willingness to go above and beyond is rare in todays world.

I can't make an appointment online, I can't get my account set up online. I've had this account for a few months and I'm about to report PNC to the federal reserve. I don't think they should close if they can't do business online, business you offer to your customers.

Costumer: Can I email the Doc to you? PNC: No, we only except Faxes. Really, a fax ? Who even owns one anymore. Horrible customer service with out dated banking processes and procedures. Good luck staying relative in today’s market. I will gladly take another bank loan with a higher APR then to go back to this bank.

MOST PNC Banks are excellent! This one had a slow worker. I don't know what she was doing, but she took forever to acknowledge that I was sitting at the window in the drive-through, and then I had to push the button multiple times to get her to finally come. Once I decided to go in, which I should not have had to decide to do, one of the other workers did a much quicker job of servicing me, which is what they usually do at any PNC Bank.
