The team of service advisors provides excellent communication and support, keeping customers up to date on findings and resolutions. They ask clarifying questions to ensure all concerns are tackled comprehensively and work orders are closed with thorough testing. The turn-around time for service is often fantastic. The overall experience at the Rivian Demo & Service Center is frequently described as incredible, smooth, and a pleasure. I have been researching for some time. Met with Katie from the Melrose Park Center to do a test drive and she was a great resource. She was thoughtful and took the time to work through our purchase. Would recommend.
