This Target never has lanes open, no matter what time no matter what day it's always a ridiculous line. They got 1 section of self checkout open the other one closed.

Today I stopped at Target in Melrose Park to buy ultra swim schampoo. I was very frustrated, because I couldn't find the product I needed.
I asked for help a young gentleman, Patrick who is working there. I really appreciate his kindness and patience. I was really frustrated, but he was very professional, and helpful. He put a lot of effort to help me to solve my problem. Unfortunately the product I was looking for was not available in the store. Patrick was so kind and checked for me online possibility on Target website. I want to say a great THANK YOU PATRICK!!!!
I went also to the store manager to say Thank you for Patrick, and to recognize his great attitude. Many young people do not care, but this young gentleman treats his job very seriously, and I would like him to be recognized for that! Also, he speaks fluent Polish language, which was very helpful for me! Thank you very much, Patrick!

The inside of the store is great, but their online grocery needs to step it up. I've been shopping there for only a couple of months and I've had a lot of mistakes with either missing items, or incorrect items. It's very frustrating and I will be shopping elsewhere.

I did a target return the other day at the same time I was picking up a drive up order. It was super convenient to be in and out in under 5 minutes, having completed both tasks, and never had to leave my car. The associate was friendly as well.

I'm very disappointed, as this is the 2nd time this happens , I ordered for drive up pick up and 4 of my items were missing , not 1 but 4!! I tried contacting management and no body answers the phone!! This is unacceptable I hope someone sees this and starts investigating to why items are always missing!!
