They give you a broke down car and expect you to take time off of work, PAY them every 2 weeks for your car and PAY out of pocket to get your car fixed then REPO IT IF YOU MISS 1 payments. THE COMPANY SUCKS. reason why every locations is shutting down. SCAM go anywhere else but here.

I would not purchase any vehicle from this place. If you are behind one payment this people will shut down your vehicle. Had a family emergency and did not make a payment on time for 265 and they shut my car off and called me saying that they will come and repo the car for 265….the girls answering the phone are rude and even if you speak to supervisor they are not willing to help you at all…. DON’T BUY..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

DO NOT GO HERE!
Due to me having cheap car insurance & I wasn’t able to get my other car fixed, I was forced to give the car back as a voluntary repo because I couldn’t do anything with that car… ANYWAYS. This place was the only place willing to give me a car around the same time I gave up my last car…
BUT the car they gave me ended up having problems, like most cars do. My throttle light kept coming on, making my car jerk & drive slow. So I was going to take my car to this one shop but the Aurora location insist that I take it to them because it would be cheaper. So I took my car to the Aurora location to get fixed. They kept my car for almost a month. Said it was my PCM that needed to be fixed, Then when I was suppose to get my car back, they called & said the lights are still on & that they have to keep my car to see why. They called me later to say it was actually my wheel bearing. Fast forward I ended up getting my car back the day before I went to Las Vegas (for a week)… Came back from Vegas to the same lights being on. When I called to tell them, I found out the Aurora location closed down & I would l have to take my car to Melrose. I wasn’t able drive the car up there but they weren’t willing to tow it. I felt like why do I need to go out of pocket for something that should’ve been fixed the 1st 2 times! I paid over $800 for a Misdiagnosed. Which I am considering taking them to court, because I’ve been leaving emails & my calls gets ignored. I feel like I paid for something that wasn’t even broken.
Also they updated their system so if you been paying with a visa (Pnc, Chime, Cashapp. Etc) you are no longer able to pay that way.. Which makes it an inconvenient.

(my experience with Carfect from march - June) I worked with Jesus I got a car march 7th a 2018 jeep compass trail hawk I got my car 2 months ago on march 7th 2025 everything was fine until march 13th the engine light popped on the dashboard & says “service engine” everytime I start my car up also & it still says it right now today on may 21 2025 my dealer proceeded to tell me “no worries I’ll make an appointment so you can get the car inspected” I never got an set appointment to get my car inspected. March 27 2025 i contacted my dealer stating that I wanted to bring my car in because “the check engine light is still on I can smell the antifreeze & can also smell the engine burning” which my grandad told me because he had previous experience & he was putting air in my tires in he smelled it & inspected it . My dealer told me he forgot they’ve been busy & “I” didn’t remind him which I was never asked to do also I forgot to mention my dashboard was saying “tire pressure system” which meant the top left tire was messed up because it looked different from all the others & my grandad added air in my tires which is how he smelt my car burning I told my dealer he told me take it to service I was kinda scared because I just knew I was gonna have to pay for something so I saved tried to save up in the mist of everything so, my life became busy at that point I was working in it was hard for me to get around to take my car in or set in appointment so April 7 2025 I was set on the car because the problems started getting bad but I was told my warranty was up so I had to pay which I kinda figured before but I just got the car so I shouldn’t have to pay for it already or pay for damages that were there before I got the car.. fast forward to the beginning of may on may 5 2025 I was on my way home from work in my car dinged & stated on the dashboard that it was overheating I pulled over on the eway & the REAL problems started from there I can’t drive my car for more than 2 HOURS without it overheating on me EVERYDAY a car I just got 2 months ago I went to service because I called in had to have an appointment WHICH WAS may 19 so everyday until may19 the car was over heating I have to pull over put antifreeze into the car every time now fast forward to may 19 2025 I took my car in finally & was told I needed a catalyst gasket in it was 3500 at that point I knew I was getting played I knew it was something in that’s just dead wrong ..my family convinced me to give the car bck in June now I have an repossession on my background they told me there is nothing they can do to help me in my life went all the way bck to step 1

Second time buying a car. Everyone at the dealership was awesome. Then they pass you on to Vladimir the account manager who is nothing but unprofessional. He harasses people. Drop the car off at a mechanic and he will divulge personal information thinking u are just going to leave the car and abandon it. The guy is the worst

I have debated on doing this review but here I am doing it tho I didn’t purchase a car, customer service was very good, I test drove two vehicles that were both nice vehicles other the the fact when I’d turn they both made some sort of weird noise after returning with the second one I noticed the one vehicle was leaking unsure if it was from the ac or the actual car, from what I have found at other dealerships that aren’t as helpful with bad credit as Carfect may be, other dealers with the same cars and same mileage and less problems are cheaper then what Carfect has them selling for which was my reasoning for not purchasing a vehicle from here, one dealer was selling a car exactly the same as the car with around the same miles as Carfect for 8k less I was thinking about going to that dealer and seeing if it what I had for a down payment would work but I decided to purchase a vehicle off facebook market place which ended up being the better decision on my end until my credit is better, if the cars weren’t overpriced then sure I probably would have gotten from here but not worth it in my opinion

My sales Rep Adan was amazing! The process was very smooth and quick. When I arrived at the melrose location, Adan already have SUV’s waiting for me to choose from, which helped with time tremendously! I will refer him and carfect to anyone in need of a car.

I took out a car loan with them a few years ago. They said if something broke, they'd fix it. That was a lie. I had problems with it every month. I ended up spending $5,000 on a mechanic, even though I was paying them $500 a month for the car. If I didn't pay, they locked me out of the car, so I couldn't use it. Ultimately, I went bankrupt because of their car. I'll never trust this company, these people, or the money I spent on this car again. I don't recommend it!
