“I had a great experience with Area Towing and Recovery Inc. in Melrose Park. I especially want to recognize Michelle in customer service for her outstanding assistance. She was helpful, professional, and courteous throughout the process. She took the time to assist me and made the experience much easier and less stressful. It is always refreshing to receive excellent customer service from someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.
Thank you, Michelle, for your professionalism and support! You are a great representation of the company. I truly appreciate your help and would recommend Area Towing and Recovery Inc. to others based on my experience.”
“Juan the road service tech is a really nice person, honest guy. One of the best mechanics I’ve seen in a long time. He did an amazing job fixing my trailer.. super quick and affordable.
It’s a towing company but they also do road service!!
The owner pulling up with his tow truck was super helpful all around great service!”
“A customer of mine needed a tow and every place I called were only taking private tows, accidents, or through insurance. After speaking with Eddie and explaining the situation, he asked that I email him the pick up location as well as the drop off. He also asked I include the car's make and model along with the plate. Not only was Eddie professional and kind, but he followed up with an emailed a copy of the receipt. The delivery of the car was fast and accurate, no issues. After using West Suburban Tow ONCE, I won't be calling any other tow company in the area!!”

“I called ohare towing around 1130pm to come tow a truck that had wheels stolen off of it and left blocking an alleyway that had to be moved, they had a driver out to my location in under 40 minutes. Chris came thru and pulled it out very quickly. Thank you so much 100/10, got me out of a pickle at a bad part of the evening. Thanks again so much”
“I work at a repair shop so I am constantly having to find unique and discontinued parts; with that being said, I often have to call junk yards and do not usually have a good or great experience. But recently on a Saturday afternoon, we found ourselves in need of an abs module for a 2002 GMC. I called Toncar and not only was Barbara fantastic, sweet, and easy to work with, she kept me on the phone to confirm they had the right part, that it was already pulled, took and confirmed my payment, and had the part immediately ready for pick up despite her being ready to go home.
Every place needs a Barbara, thank you again!”

“Has lots of security. Friendly people! Everyone who goes there except workers, stay in the weather outside under a overhang. They only take care of 1 car or truck at a time. Everyone waits their turn on other side of a locked gait.”

“Very quick and reliable service provided by Israel for the tow I needed. Within 15 minutes of calling he already showed up to start the service with his flatbed tow truck. Made sure the car was secured before departing to the destination. Once the tow was completed he had texted me that everything went well and proceeded to payment for his service. Would recommend IVM Towing!
Have been using IVM Towing for a few years already and still am satisfied til today in 2026!”
