Walgreens on 15th on Melrose park always are stocked up with everything I have gone in to buy, and their Pharmacy are really quick and they also have a drive thru aswell if you don't want go inside.

This pharmacy is very unprofessional and sub par. My son's doctor sent in a prescription order on December 28, 2021. I usually receive a notification via text message or phone call stating that my prescription is ready. After two weeks of waiting I called the doctor to confirm the prescription order was sent to this particular pharmacy and she confirmed it was. I contacted the Walgreens pharmacy first I was told they didn't have a prescription under my sons' name but after checking thoroughly they found the prescription order that was sent on December 28th and they apologized and they said the prescription would be ready January 14,2022 after 4p.m when I got to the pharmacy they told me they were too busy I would have to come back tomorrow. I returned on the 15TH of January and I received the wrong medication and the pharmacy seem as if they didn't care they made a serious mistake like this. They just told me to bring it back all nonchalantly. Please don't patronize this Walgreens they are playing with peoples lives with administering the wrong medicine to patients.

Pharmacies have become so unhelpful for doctors trying to help their patients. The idiotic disregard and lack of courtesy and consideration is beyond comprehension. What has happened to pharmacies over the past few years. I pity the patients that have to deal with them. I would never deal with this place again!

Super friendly check out staff. However, what deserves an A++++++ rating is the pharmacy team, specifically, Pharmacist Chuck!! He’s been so helpful, I personally saw him help an older woman and her husband get scheduled for their first Covid-19 vaccines, AND, he’s instructed his team to be super patient and kind with other people that don’t have appointments, especially the elderly. Today, he told me, “I’ve told my staff to imagine if that person was their grandparent, you’d want them to be taken care of, right?” And it really shows. They were patient, yet efficient. Thank you!!

This is my local Walgreens. I shop here a lot. The store itself is amazing I love it. The reason for R stars and not 5 though, is the pharmacy! The line is always full and the waiting time is 29 minutes and up sometimes! That's what I really dislike about this location.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes for my sons prescription, which was ready before I even came. I will be going to the one in Northlake from here on out. They are so must faster at that location. The 2 stars are for the friendly staff, only thing this location has going for it.
