Been a customer for over 20 years and it got really bad last few years I suffer from agoraphobia among other things and since my husband died last year I call to get my medications delivered. Every time it's a struggle I have to call 2/3 times and this time I ran out of 1 medication after being assured it was going to be delivered after calling 3 times!!! Waiting for tomorrow because when I called today Sunday apparently they were closed even if their opening hours are different here! Not right I should be able to count on their services...

I went to Walgreens melrose park and bought a just for men hair color worth 14.45. I went to target store to pick up my medications and I saw the just for men with the price of 11.45 only. So I returned the one I bought in Walgreens. Beware consumers don't go to Walgreens to buy something. Go to other stores.

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had in my 15 years of using walgreens, i tested positive for covid, my doctor sent my prescription, when i got there they said it would be ready in 15 minutes and they would call me, i waited in my car with a fever for almost two hours and nothing, i pull back into the drive thru and they tell me they forgot and didnt even start it, i waited another 20 minutes and went back up and they finally finished it. Genuinely my worst experience ever

I would like to recognize Aaron the pharmacist. I'm a nurse and was connected with Aaron to help this patient obtain a certain medication. Aaron was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help this patient get her medication. I would send all of our patients to this pharmacy as long as Aaron was taking care of them. Thank you Aaron!! The world needs more of you!!

The manager there has to be the most miserable person I've ever met, worst costumer service, i asked him if I may bother someone in the photo department he rolls his eyes and walks that way, rude when i asked for my pics via my last my last name,i know , i can't be the only person to has ever complained about this manager.

Gonna start looking for a new pharmacy, this place sucks. Short staffed and hours reduced. 10 cars deep waiting.... Gas is not cheap these days....
