Just adding to the pile of negative reviews this place has. Teller Nayeli is extremely rude. Nayeli does not know how to provide customer service. Nayeli was almost yelling back at me for asking normal process questions. I am not stepping foot on this place again.

This place has the rudest employees. I'll never step foot in a Western Union again. I really wish I'd read the reviews prior to going.

Never have i ever been help by such a MISERABLE person like the one hispanic lady who works there. Wouldnt even call it help, this really outs a BAD image to that place. Terrible experience ever.
