Just adding to the pile of negative reviews this place has. Teller Nayeli is extremely rude. Nayeli does not know how to provide customer service. Nayeli was almost yelling back at me for asking normal process questions. I am not stepping foot on this place again.

TERRIBLE!! This is the location of Wester Union, they really DISCRIMINATE people because of the language because I didn't speak English because according to the lady I was in, I was in America and I had to speak English where it is a country free of different cultures, and It bothers me because he didn't speak English, what a lack of respect to offend like that... really? And Wester Union is a general company in countries, therefore they should have a staff that pleases people and does not decriminate or offend, and I really do not even want to return to that location, the first time I go to one and it will be the last!!! How awful

Very rude and unprofessional old hispanic woman. I don't have her name but I am pretty sure the owner knows who she is. That is unacceptable, she isn't doing anybody a favor it's her job to help greet us the customers with at least good manners. I left this place mad and of course no help was given. I hope management takes the time to read this and does something about this person. What a terrible customer service because of HER.
