“Customer service is excellent. Always greeted properly and taken care of professionally. Anna is always helpful with information and working with us for any loans.I would recommend Eureka and Anna to anyone looking for a well established and professional bank that can serve all your needs. They keep all details and loans local, so you never worry about your accounts going elsewhere.”

“I just want to give Rose at the mendota Branch a shout out. She is incredible we've been banking there for a decade, our kids bank there, and whenever we have an issue or anything, Rose is right there to fix it. She is such a great help, especially during stressful times like recently. Our son moved back home and realized someone stole his wallet during the move. Rose has gone above and beyond getting our son a new debit card set up, bank statements printed for ID purposes ect... Moral of this long story is, Rose is Great. And we appreciate her so much!”

“New Customer at First State Bank and I have been pleasantly surprised how wonder each member of the staff has treated me. Every question answered timely and fully, every issued solved timely and fully. I am so glad we transfer our business to First State Bank! It all started with Chris Holdenrid and a small loan and his professional manner. I can't say enough! Thank you Chris and staff!!”

“My girls at the Mendota Midland branch came through again! Fraud was committed on my previous account. So they gave me a new card, a new account, and so far, I've gotten most of my money back just waiting for the rest of it. But, I cannot praise this branch enough. These girls are fantastic! Haley, Tricia, Michelle and Mia Everyone is always professional, knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. Again, Thank U for such a great team! God bless and have an amazing day! Sincerely, Mercedes (Mercy) Smith”
