Staff in the Ice cream shop drive-thru are rude kids that don’t know how to properly do their job. The person that took our order kept interrupting as we were telling them what we wanted, then repeated back to us things that we didn’t order. We get to the window and she says we need to do the order in two transactions for four ice creams. They give us two shakes when we ordered one, we deal with three separate employees that are looking through receipts on the counter to find out what we just ordered. One asks what we got and if we’ve paid already. They give us a small when we ordered a large, they say they messed up again and have to remake something so we just drive away with what we already have because they clearly don’t have a clue about what they’re doing. I see them through the window laughing and rolling their eyes. Someone shouldn’t be working here or get proper training from a Manager. This place has been here for years now, so the fact that everything still moves so roughly is appalling. Ruined my mood.

I was impressed. I've stopped here for years but never been able to eat here.The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was great.

The employee who helped us with our ice cream order was so nice. We went one night on a whim. And my husband's new card would not work correctly, i forgot my wallet at home, and we said we'd go and come back. The employee paid for the rest of our ice cream for us. ❤️❤️❤️ it was very appreciated.

Love the ice cream but they have children running it an no gloves or hair nets the girl cut her finger while making my ice cream didn't make me new one or clean it up she put a trash bag over it so we won't be back

Very clean bathrooms. Mens bathrooms toilets have sectioned off rooms. The store has a large selection of food and snacks.

Every time we get any ice cream it’s melted already. I ordered a flurry with cookie dough pieces & I only got 1 cookie dough in there. 2nd time we order Frappuccinos & they are like iced coffees they either melt by the time they give them to you or they don’t put enough ice.

Day time is always great but night shift has been closing early past couple months. Lasat night was a whole 15 before close. Glad my tank made it to 39 bp to get gas! If it says ten then your clocked in til ten guys! Obviously their night employees have no bills to pay.
