Slurpee station a mess. No lids. Asked for a lid was told to try the drink fountain. Thats a good 2oz. Of slurpee I missed out on. Clerk was RUDE. No eye contact & threw my lottery tix on the counter instead of handing them to me. What am I a pariah?

Very bad experience.... especially the cashier he was very rude and disrespectful I just asked him (could you give the change back 2 dollars in coins please ?) he yelled at me . So I called the number on the bill to speak to the manager about it, and he was worse than the cashier. He said,
“If you don’t like it, don’t come again.”

If I could give them 0 stars I would the service is horrible, sometimes the staff looks like they rolled out of bed and just came to work and it’s a woman that was in there today didn’t say one word but she just placed my bag on the counter walked off and continued to be on her phone and this isn’t her first time it’s been a while since I have came and just remembered that this is the reason I haven’t been in there.

BUYER BEWARE: these people will up charge you if they manually input your items… which is scamming. This has happened to me a few times now and to people I know. Shop somewhere else.

This location is great. They have great chicken wings, pizza for a good price. They also have deals here on their food. The prices are just fine. They have gaming if your feeling lucky here. Also the woman and man employee are the sweetest helpful people. All the workers here make sure they get you in and out as fast as possible. They do not ignore their customers!

I work plowing snow for 16hrs. The people that work there won't let me use the microwave to heat up my food even tho I purchase other items from there. I will never come here even incase of an emergency. The employees here were very rude and disrespectful to me tell me why can't I afford my own microwave. That kinda of made me laugh. But where has the humanity gone. Pathetic

Ordered UberEats from them today and Half of the items were incorrect. They’re able to contact customers for replacements or refund but just threw in whatever they wanted. 2 stars because they at least got half of the order right.

The only 7-11 I know that closes but is advertised as 24hours. Walk up to the door the cashier just stares at You. They have a bell but no sign saying they’re closed or when they open. Phone number isn’t accurate. My suggestion is if you’re going to close for any time period at least post a sign on the door.
